Time was only 8.15pm.
The chinese man refuse to do anymore roti when their closing time should be 9pm, according to the cashier. Was told that the chinese man is always like this.
They would rather stand there chit-chatting and do nothing.

Why i put 3 is that they need to improve the cooking of this roti. Inside i always and almost 100% of the time feel its doughy or soggy whatever it is. I do not enjoy soggy food. Meaning they cook at High temperature and its crisp outside but inner part not juicy or cooked enough

Tried the Krispi Chinese Roti, and it brought back memories of the crispy pies I had along Niujie Street in Beijing some time ago!
These are a popular Northern Chinese street food, where skilled Chinese Muslim artisans handcraft fresh batches of their signature beef and chicken roti. A generous portion of seasoned minced meat is sealed inside a soft dough wrapper, almost like a large stuffed dumpling, before being pan-fried to a beautiful golden, crispy crust.
Crispy on the outside, soft and flaky in parts, with a savoury and juicy meat filling of minced chicken or beef inside. Was great to see this style of authentic Northern Chinese Muslim street food available in Singapore.
Definitely worth trying if you enjoy Chinese street food or want to experience something a little different.

The beef roti was super yummy. Especially paired with the chilli oil. The roti was piping hot and super crunchy. There wasn't much of a wait. Filling was slightly salty but it was flavourful. $5 for the beef, but pay with fairprice app and it costs $4.50 which i think is okay.
