I would like to provide feedback on the prices of their frozen chicken. Quite some time back I bought frozen chicken breast and I was quite shocked that their price is about 100% higher than sold at supermarket. Just today I decided to buy a different brand of frozen chicken thinking maybe previously it was just that brand that had a great price difference. The frozen chicken section didn’t had any price tag. I had selected the Seara Chicken Wing Sticks 1 kg, because recently I bought it at Sheng Siong for $3.55 (normal price is $4.84). When the cashier scanned the barcode, I was super shocked and still cannot believe it that the price of the same exact chicken cost $9.90, that’s 178% more than sold at supermarkets. I do understand that prices at supermarkets are lower I guess because they order in bigger bulks, but other vendors like Bake with Yen are also selling at the normal price of $4.84. Other than their frozen items, I might still purchase their ready to cook paste as they offer a wide variety.

We bought two scarves for my mum and were clearly assured at the time of purchase that we could exchange them if they didn’t suit her. To avoid any misunderstanding, we even called again before making the trip there, and once more were told that the exchange would be fine. However, when we arrived, we were suddenly informed that no exchange was possible. This was extremely frustrating and a complete waste of our time. The admin staff were unhelpful, dismissive, and offered no effort to resolve the issue despite the repeated confirmations we had received. It is unacceptable to make promises to customers twice and then refuse to honour them in person. Very disappointing experience, and we will not be returning.

Bought your Addixted pistachio white chocolate cookie. Would be nice to inform customers to consume by when since no expiry date. Just for a piece of mind before consumption. We do not know when it is baked and how long has it been kept. I stopped eating at 2 bites.

Great place for shopping but some items are not as good. I bought this ‘kuih layang-latang. So sad that it is not crispy. I sent SMS to Danisha Trading but no reply as yet. For awareness please.
