Horrible customer service by 1 aunty n 2 ladies at the front working on 2/8/26. Waited so long for 1 waffle. Aft asking, the lady at cashier gave attitude, the peanut butter was so less n wasnt even spread properly. I paid first yet they kept serving others and doing stuff at the back. They ignored the waffle that was already done until i asked if it was ready. When she handed it, her face made a frown. Guess what? They did the Grab orders waffles first and put on top. Then in-store customer they neglect until we ask? Waffle became soggy

The cashier was impolite and impatient with customers, when I made Payment saying Paywave, she just replied "No Paywave", then I ask what payment do you accept? She just point to the side panel, is she mute? And never even say thank you after that.

Very excited to try the pistachio waffle today. Sad and disappointed, the spread was totally near to 0. Taste nothing pistachio for $3.20.
