I am a student and I don’t really have much to spend. I only bought this inner because I forgot mine at home and urgently needed one for work. I saw the price tag showing $5.00, so I decided to buy it based on that price. To my surprise, I was charged $9.90 at the cashier. The moment I noticed it, I went back and asked about it. The cashier immediately told me that the item costs $9.90. But if the actual price is $9.90, why is the item still labelled as $5.00? If the staff already know the correct price, why hasn’t the price tag been updated? Customers make purchasing decisions based on the price displayed. Had I known it was $9.90, I might not have bought it in the first place. I was also rushing off to work and didn’t have the time to argue further or go through a refund process. What should have been a simple $5 purchase ended up costing almost double. This is misleading and reflects poor management of pricing information. Whether it was an oversight or negligence, displaying one price and charging another is unfair to customers. Businesses have a responsibility to ensure their prices are accurate and updated.

Items given correctly and packed well. Most items were out of stock as website was not updated. If website was updated & staff's attitude a little improved, could give them 5 stars. Thank you.

Absolutely amazing brownies! 🍫 They were rich, fudgy, and perfectly moist — every bite just melted in my mouth. The chocolate flavour was intense but not too sweet, and the texture had that perfect balance between gooey and slightly crisp on the edges. You can really tell they’re made with care and quality ingredients. Honestly, one of the best brownies I’ve ever tasted — super good and totally addictive! Highly recommended for any chocolate lover! 😍 ❤️
