The sushi was fresh and delicious, and the quality of the food was definitely enjoyable. Unfortunately, the customer service left a lot to be desired. We stood in front of the sushi display for about three minutes, but the staff member made no effort to acknowledge or welcome us. Instead, she continued taking photos of the menu board and attending to other tasks without even apologizing for keeping us waiting. After we placed our order, the interaction remained cold and dismissive. Once payment was completed and our sushi was handed over, there wasn't even a simple "thank you." She immediately went back to what she was doing without any further acknowledgment. Good food is important, but so is customer service. A friendly greeting, a brief apology for the wait, and a simple thank you would have made a significant difference. I hope the service improves because the sushi itself is worth coming back for.

BEST SERVICE EVER! Especially the manager named Iddaniel! He is very well spoken and well informative of the sushis that he is promoting and selling. 10/10 recommended to buy from SUPER SUSHI.

Super disappointed with everything. I usually buy the sushi from Tampines outlet but today was the first time I brought from this outlet. The sushi were stacked making the everything lumped together. All my order were not correct. Was charged $21.60 but the receipt was not even mine. Overall horrible. Super disappointed.
