Here's a polished review: Sukiya never disappoints. The staff are consistently kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They are patient with every customer, always ready to help, and ensure everyone has a pleasant dining experience. Even during busy periods, they remain professional, courteous, and efficient. The food is served fresh and quickly, making it a great place for a satisfying meal. Excellent customer service combined with good food is what keeps me coming back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a delicious meal with warm and friendly hospitality.

Bought the yakiniku okonomiyaki rice with egg. However, no egg is included and it is not pancake at all! Just cabbage with the okonomiyaki sauce. Please be aware of it and don't fall to their marketing poster. Garbage!

Love that the staff were attentive and asked me if I want to dine in. My go to meal after exercise class in pasir ris since it opens late. Can customize size and rice portion, good comfort food.
