My 12 years old daughter went here and one of the malay lady staff in hijab (i’m a muslim too btw) gave an attitude. My daughter ordered total x2 6 inch & 1 footlong. She ordered 1 by 1 because she dont know she can say all orders at once. You can remind her politely to order all at once, what sauce to put all at once. She ordered 1 by 1 because she felt bad to order all at once incase you cannot manage. Just a kid. Key is: YOU CAN ASK HER TO ORDER POLITELYYYYY.

Food is good and consistent, and when I had left my wallet by accident, the staff on duty Aiffah had kept it safe & checked if it was my name, am extremely appreciative and will be dining here regularly cause of it, thank you!

This is usually my favourite Subway outlet, but today’s order placed through Grab was really disappointing. The meat portion was far too little—there was barely any chicken thigh meat and mostly vegetables. I could hardly taste the meat at all, which made the sandwich feel very unsatisfying. The coffee also didn’t taste as good as usual, which was surprising given my past experiences with this outlet. Overall, something seemed to go very wrong with today’s order. I hope this is just a one-off issue, and I hope the outlet can review this issue and improve. I’ve had much better experiences before, so this was really disappointing for today’s lunch.

Trying Avo Chicken Caesar and Chicken & Mushroom Melt ! The portion of food is very sufficient, taste good but honestly the service so so. I'm not sure is singapore subway won't asking customer to customise their favourite vege? or just the staff in this outlet don't want to ask.
