Had a pleasant experience with the staffs from here. The person (zie) who took my orders was very helpful, with recommending me the banana biscoff. And the other staff (shahid) was very nice and polite when he wanted to clear my plate. Overall I would recommend this place.

Terrible service! Staff walked right past people waiting at the door several times, ignoring us completely—and it wasn't even busy, only two tables had guests! Zero service after sitting down either; we literally had to ask them how we're supposed to order. The food was another huge disappointment. What you get looks nothing like the menu. A basic pasta was served half-cooked. Never coming back again. Do yourselves a favor and skip this place!

The waffle was nothing short of decadent, really perfectly and wonderfully made. But I felt they were a little stingy with the gelato portions, and I would say the price was a real pain point. The waffle was more expensive than their mains!!! I can't say I would recommend returning because it'd probably hurt me more than leave me satisfied...but if you've got money you're about to burn as firewood, you won't regret buying a waffle here. Service is prompt and friendly, but no special commendations, nor complaints. Satisfactory and typical.

Everything about this place is ✨AMAZING✨. Seriously, the drinks, the food, the dessert, the service, EVERYTHING was AMAZING. I also definitely recommend the carbonara and reading, they are a must-try! For the desserts, I only ate the chocolate lava cake, and it was STUNNING in both taste and looks. I would have given this place a 6/5 star review if it was possible, as everyone was so kind and welcoming.

The ice cream honestly couldn’t make it… not sure why it ended up having a mochi-like texture. Not coming back
