Today at ocean financial center at 8.56am, I ordered the most expensive sub but I was denied of adding sauces that I want. The Malay male staff who served me at around 8.56am, said that this is signature sub and I cannot add suace. I said that I need my sauce and there is no mentioning anywhere that I cannot add sauces in the store. And he wasted my time by keep refusing me and only to say I only allow to add this time round and add a bit of sauce only. This is frustrating as it makes me feel like a beggar for my sauce. Isn’t subway mean to allow customers to customise the sub? And if not, why was it not mentioned upfront? I feel utterly upset by the kind of service

Staff does maintain hygiene. I saw them throwing meat into another ingredient section and then pickup as if nothing happened. They did not change gloves between orders. It’s useless for them to use gloves because they never change it. Forget if you are allergic or vegetarian.

Had a breakfast flatbread around 9 50 am. The flatbread was quite tough and didnt feel fresh. The guac which was on display was browning and watery --- clearly it was leftovers from the day before and the staff had not considered replacing or removing it. The sight of the blackening guac was quite off putting. Will not be returning here.

Pleasant staff, they dont scrimp on the fillings :) Embarrassingly I order the same item everytime and the lady at the counter is already making my order before I open my mouth. Great customer service!
