Whenever I travel abroad, I always get Subway..personally this subway is the one of the best I have ever visited. The staff are super friendly...they make the sub with finesse. Also, personally subway has the best cookie in the world....I usually prefer the chocolate chip cookie...but for a few years...the rasberry cheesecake cookie is my personal favorite...highly recommend it.

JOEL , HIDAN one of the best customer services I have ever came across, they’re very patient and always greets customers with a warm smile. I was actually just passing by but got greeted by them and in the end had my dinner/supper here. Strongly recommended to drop by if you’re staying nearby Lavender area. They’re mostly night shift! Cheers to both of this staff! Commendable

I loved the Beef Mushroom Sandwich. Joel was so friendly and welcomed me warmly. He made my time in Singapore special. Thanks! --- another day I ate at Subway here yesterday and today. The staff was really friendly. He even called me his friend. The sandwiches were amazing! Maraming salamat po!

Service is seemingly good. But be careful when they ask you for add ons. Few weeks back, bought a foot long. The person preparing my sandwich asked if I wanted to add on chicken bacon, I said yeah sure, and asked how much it was, he said $1.50 and proceeded to add on 4 slices. When I was paying got a rude shock when I was charged $6 for the chicken bacon, because it was supposedly $1.5/chicken bacon slice. So just be alert and don’t get caught off guard. Was late at night near closing so I just accepted it and left.

I was disappointed with my recent experience. The chips served were soggy, and when I requested an exchange, the male service crew declined. Instead, he picked up a chip, crushed it with his hand, and insisted it wasn’t soggy. I’d like to point out that sogginess is best determined by taste and texture in the mouth—not by crushing with fingers. This response felt dismissive and unprofessional.
