The cashier just assumed my order and when I corrected her she insisted she can’t change it? Awful experience… made me pay more for what I didn’t even want

Don’t know why this place has 4+ stars when so many recent reviews are at 1 and 2 stars. The ribeye didn’t taste like beef at all. Also my first time encounter at subway where I cannot choose my veges and sauce. And because I added old English cheese, they seriously cut back on the other cheese I was supposed to get. Needless to say, the sandwich was lousy as all the reasons why I come to subway were absent.

An unexpectedly great experience here! Appreciated the warm friendly reception - props to staff Priya and William for being super helpful and patient while my kid took forever to decide on what to get. Quiet and calm atmosphere on a Saturday afternoon.

How can this place has a higher than 4 star review. This morning around 10ish my 13 year old came to your branch and tried to order two sandwiches for takeaway. He was waiting for quite a while as a very arrogant Malay uncle told him that he is currently handling a very big online order and told him to wait rudely. My son waited very long and was alone. Any decent person would tell him how long he needed to wait - so that my son can either choose to wait or choose to leave. If you receive a very big order and if you have walk in clients who wants to order merely 2 sandwiches, can’t you just help serve the walk in first or tell them you cannot handle their order. It takes only 10 mins. Even if you can’t do that, don’t be so rude and arrogant and inform others on how long the wait would be. The arrogance is just absolutely appalling and unnecessary. On other days it’s a young guy at the counter on weekends and his service is just so so so slow.
