The Swedish meatballs dish was such a delight. Comes with a side of vegetables, mashed potato and drenched with brown sauce. Meatballs were very flavorful and not dry at all. The salmon dish on the other hand had a kinda fishy smell to it. The sides that came with the salmon was nice though nothing fantastic. The chocolate lava cake was sweet and was a little tough, not really enjoyable.

Finally, we decided to head to IKEA to try their famed meatballs. Having heard so much about the food here, it definitely deserved a visit. Strongly recommend to visit the restaurant on a weekday when the crowd is manageable. When we visited on the weekend, it took 30-40 minutes of queue and very less seating. On Monday evening, queue time was about 5-10 minutes. The drill is simple, you wait in the queue with your trolley and trays. Pick up any baked items you like and order your mains at the counter. We ordered the following - 1) Meatballs - Took the main dish consisting of 12-16 meatballs, mash potato, vegetables and jam. Meatballs are really good, and this is a filling meal for only $9.5. 2) Salmon Fillet - Nice soft salmon fillet in a creamy sauce served with a broccoli-potato baked tart and vegetables. Liked this too. Not served hot, was lukewarm. 3) Springrolls - Nice springrolls, crispy on the outside and generous fillings. 4) Blueberry cheesecake - Awesome and firm cheesecake, really liked it. Overall bill was $30.3 - definitely economical for the quantities provided.

Ambience is nicer than the last time I came, which is probably before covid. But the food is not the same standard as before. Even the chicken wing, which I used to come frequently for. Not as crispy, no fragrance. Wonder why at 3pm it is still so crowded. Don't think I will come again. Quite a disappointing meal ...

Affordable food with generous portion (even the kids meal)! Menus always change but the standard ones include meatballs and pasta. Drinks are also refillable and if you an Ikea member, you are entitled to two cups of hot drink for free! Pretty nice ambience and comfortable dining space although it gets quite crowded during lunch and dinner so be sure to come earlier.

This place offers excellent value for your money, serving generous portions of food with a rotating menu. You can always count on finding classics like meatballs and pasta. Plus, they offer complimentary refills on drinks. The ambiance is pleasant and cozy, but it tends to get busy during lunch and dinner hours, so it's a good idea to arrive early to secure a comfortable dining space.

Ordered beef cheek and meat ball. Meatballs always delicious. Beef cheek portion generous and was cooked perfectly, so tender. Always long queue, even at 2pm. I did notice there is too much salt in the beef cheek gravy(felt thirsty afterwards).

The Ikea Tampines restaurant offers delightful Swedish meatballs and salmon fillet dishes. The flavors are delicious. Unfortunately the veggies are not fresh and from frozen foods. The price is considered affordable. Overall the foods is nice i recommend to try in this restaurant. My menu 1. Aqua can 2. 2 apple juice bottle 3. Swedish meatballs 4. salmon fillet 5. 1 bread + soup 6. 1 dessert cake All is 41 dollar

FOOD: 👍🏻 IKEA restaurant has been popular for many years and for good reason. The menu provides a wide array of choices and the food is tasty. Of course, there are some must orders. The meatballs as well as the chicken wings are some default menu items that you should order at the IKEA restaurant. SERVICE: 👎🏻 There was only one section that was opened, leading to a queue to form. Had both sections been open, the queue would have been cleared in a shorter amount of time and customers would be served more quickly. AMBIENCE: 👍🏻 The tables at the restaurant are spaced widely apart from each other and it is easy to navigate the restaurant floor space. The tables are also plenty and you should be able to find a seat on a weekday. PRICE: 👍🏻 The price is relatively affordable. The mains are around $10+ but you can also opt for cheaper sides like the spring rolls that go for less. RECOMMENDATION: 👍🏻 The IKEA restaurant has always been a favourite for many and would continue to be a nice spot for a meal. A trip to IKEA should always include a trip to their restaurant.

Within the IKEA store, the IKEA Restaurant offers a convenient meal option before or after your shopping adventure. Be prepared for queues, especially during peak hours. Look for an empty table while others choose their food. Join the line and browse the menu featuring meatballs, fried chicken wings, salmon, unlimited soft drinks, and tempting desserts like lava chocolate cake. Once you've made your selection, proceed to the cashier to settle your bill. Enjoy your food. After finishing, deposit your used tray at the designated return point. Fried chicken wings are a popular choice, so consider trying them!

Loved their Salmon, meatless lasagne and lotus leaf rice. Went there on Friday Night and quite surprise to see that it is not so crowded after 830pm. The staffs were fast in serving and explaining on how to join as member and how to follow the flow of the whole Q system. Overall good experience and will definitely come back for some Swedish Food!

We used to enjoy dining at IKEA because the food was unique, and the atmosphere was good. However, over time, food prices have increased. The latest disappointment was the use of paper plates and thin disposable cutlery, which completely removed the enjoyment of eating in a restaurant.

Food are getting better and more varieties added every now and then . Service are fast . Only down side are the coffee dispenser, only serving 2 costumers at 1 time during peak hours .

Everything is perfect about this place. Great Swedish meatballs, chicken wings and at such affordable prices! The kids always love a trip here. Sometimes just to eat without buying any furniture or household stuff! But did you know…16 meatballs is about 1000kcal!! Now you know!

Love the huge IKEA Tampines! 💛💙 Plenty of parking (wheelchair friendly and spacious walking area everywhere), great browsing collection of furniture & homeware items, follow by grabbing a bite at their restaurant and finally, ice cream hot dog time and dabao of their fresh bakes (esp loving their mini butter croissants, our family must dabao item before going home) 😂😋👍🏻 Chicken Wings, Mushroom Soup and Lotus Leaf Rice (didn’t order some this round) are a must-orders! As we don’t take beef, so we opt for vegetarian meatballs which tasted good too! Don’t really fancy their sweets as we find them too sweet to our liking! We usually get icecream, hotdog and fresh bakes from downstairs. Therefore, those have become our desserts instead. Tip: Rmb to pop by the Halal station, you’ll find some good finds sometimes to add-ons!
