Chef was not very attentive at all. Serving is not in order. Everyone is serving vege first in such sequence. However we are not. It is fine but end up the vege was not served but more than 10 pax come in later was served. We asked if we going to be served for vege and they found out they miss it. The entire process delayed as this chef still busy attending to others. Such service really unacceptable. When asked he just answer I thought the another chef already arrange it for you. I arrange for you later pls wait. Then continue cook his other dish. If they cannot manage why should serve others first and not in sequences? Such a lousy management. When asked for manager, he is the main chef running there.

Teppanyaki was delicious — ingredients were fresh and nicely cooked with great flavour. One thing you definitely shouldn’t miss: ask for their chilli if you can take spicy food. It adds a really nice kick and makes the whole meal even better. Would come back again!

One of the worst dining experiences I've had at Bugis Junction – Alley Wei Teppanyaki. Firstly, the food is not cheap, especially considering the quality and service provided. Secondly, the waiting time was surprisingly long, as the chefs seemed extremely slow even though the restaurant was not particularly crowded. What disappointed me most was the cleanliness. The cutlery that was given to us was dirty. Unfortunately, I did not have the chance to take a photo before requesting a replacement. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience genuinely warranted one. Between the slow service, hygiene concerns, and poor value for money, I would not recommend dining here. I hope the management takes customer feedback seriously and improves both its service standards and cleanliness

Extremely poor customer service! From cashier to chef, we are very disappointed and definitely not going back again. Waited for at least 10mins after made the payment, the service staff taking their sweet time to slowly clean up the seats but waited for another 10-15mins for the chef to come back and clear the cooking station. One of the female chef (in photo)walked over ask for the receipt with bad attitude and throw it back to the table after checked right in front of us. You can ask it nicely not that we do something wrong! Before leaving, the chef was seen openly holding a bowl eating in the cashier counter. Dining experience was bad, food quality is moderate for the price.

I ordered tenderloin and the beef was cooked nicely and seasoned well. Eat it right after they served you as the hotplate is warm so the food still gets cooked while on it.
