The services were good and quick. Probably because we were there pretty early when the place was not crowded. The food was excellent but portion relatively small. Tried some authentic Vietnamese coffee - egg coffee and coconut coffee, they were ok, but not as nice as in Vietnam itself.

Service by the female malay staff was good but the male staff was just OK. The food were good but I'm not sure how authentic it is. Restaurant has a charming yet simple decor. Overall, I'm satisfied with my visit.

I am writing this Google Review to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the poor customer service my family and I experienced at your restaurant on Father's Day. Our visit to So Pho at Woodleigh Mall was meant to be a joyous occasion to celebrate the special day, but it turned out to be quite the opposite. Firstly, upon arriving at the restaurant, we were made to wait for an extended period before being seated. The servers seemed indifferent and treated us disrespectfully, making us feel like peasants rather than valued customers. Such behavior is unacceptable and does not align with the standards of hospitality that one expects from a restaurant. After being seated, we patiently waited for a significant amount of time to receive a QR code to place our orders. Despite our efforts to catch the attention of the staff and even calling out to them, they completely ignored our requests. Instead, they continued seating other customers, walking around aimlessly, and engaging in conversations amongst themselves. This lack of responsiveness and disregard for our presence further added to our frustration. As customers, we expect to be treated with respect and provided with prompt and efficient service. Unfortunately, our experience at So Pho fell far short of these expectations. Such unprofessional conduct not only reflects poorly on your establishment but also tarnishes the reputation of your brand.

Was at the location and at pho with my family. Upon making payment, I asked the staff on the Citibank promotion of 10% discount above $50 and the staff either did not hear or did not understand(more likely the case). I asked again before tapping the card for payment but once again no reply to me. After payment I checked with him on the bill and he acted blur and called his manager. Manager came out and asked if I did inform before payment. I replied I did and she simply ask her staff if I did. The staff deny and then she just say I did not and so they can’t do anything about it. I truly feel disappointed by such customer service attitude and level.

It’s not authentic food of vn. The soup didn’t taste like Pho at all even the noodles and the meat are qualitative. It’s ok soup noodles but it’s not Pho

This restaurant is situated on a nice location inside woodleigh mall. The staff service is good. The food quality and taste are fantastic. The only issue I have is that as a pho restaurant, they missed out the normal chicken pho… all their chicken pho are either deep fried chicken balls or deep fried chicken filet… and none is the normal chicken pho like what they have for the normal beef pho… amusing!

The buddy set is super worth it. Came here thinking the portion will be v little due to shrinkflation everywhere else but to my surprise the food is great and in large enough quantities. If u are with a friend then don’t skim on the buddy meal and the viet food is as good as they come since it satiates my appetite from those viet biz trips that I have missed. Would love to try the egg coffee next time and will update review accordingly :)

Tired of other cuisine, try the vietnamese dishes, it quite similar to Thai but something different. The bun noodles with chicken is really yummy. Burst open the half boiled egg n drizzle some sauce provided can really open up your taste bud. The chicken dip in the bbq sauce, quite similar to eating peking duck together with some crunchy veg n really nice. Also order the basil vegetarian dish, lemongrass drink, lychee drink n fill the mouth of different favours n feel so shiok... The buddy meal really worth the deal, however the other dishes in the menu also worth eating....

So Pho is a halal Vietnamese restaurant. There were no queues when we arrived around 7pm on a weekend. Staff was especially courteous, efficient and helpful. One gave my helper dates while waiting for food after breaking fast. We observed that noodle dishes were served much faster than rice dishes. Noodle dishes were served in about 10 minutes. Rice dishes took around 20-30 minutes. The bun noodles had a good mix of ingredients, including meats, lettuce, basil leaf, carrots, cucumber, sour vegetables, peanuts, fried shallots and spring roll. I ordered beef bun noodles. I found the beef to be a tad salty and tough, though well stir fried and seasoned. I felt the vegetables were typical at best. It isn't that fresh. The sour vegetables weren't too sour and soggy. The spring roll was relatively crispy but too oily and a tad salty. The noodles are well executed with good texture and moisture. Taste was a little lacking. However, by mixing the egg yolk, it was really flavourful. The chili sauce mix was a bit sour and not spicy. It also complemented the noodles well. I tried some basil beef and lemongrass beef too. Both beef are prepared in similar styles but with different sauces. I found the basil beef had better and deeper flavour. The lemongrass beef had a lighter taste. Rice was relatively tough and the keropok was average at best. Their salted and pepper prawns were also typical at best. Prices after GST and service fees are a tad steep, but not out of the ordinary for restaurants at shopping malls. I wouldn't come out of my way to eat here. Nonetheless, it's definitely a fine restaurant especially for halal food. Kudos to their staff for exceptional service and thoughtfulness for Muslim guests!

It's my favorite food. I've been here for 2 days in a row. The fried spring rolls and fried rice noodles are very good.
