I would like to make a complaint regarding a staff member working at the counter. The way this staff member spoke to customers was rude, impolite, and disrespectful. I would like to ask whether Seabay Work Delight provides sufficient training to its employees on how to communicate with customers in a polite, respectful, and professional manner. I hope the management will take this matter seriously and advise the staff member accordingly. Employees should be properly trained and reminded to always communicate with customers in a polite, friendly, and professional manner. Good customer service is very important and should always be maintained. I hope the management will take the necessary action to prevent similar incidents from happening again. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Nice food court, however taste of salted egg chicken can definitely be improved. Tastes like buttermilk chicken on its own and relies on egg powder to give it it's taste.

Sedap leh omg. The cook was the one who took my order. item number 201 . A simple dish but taste incredibly yummy. Already put a mental note that I'm coming again to try other item in the menu. Halal .

The auntie with short hair was really very rude. She talked very quickly and when I couldn’t hear what she said she looked very irritated and shouted loudly. Furthermore, when talking, spit flew out of her mouth and onto the counter. Terrible service. So rude to me and another customer. When another guy asked if 有人吗？ she replied no, and then came out and gave us a death stare. Furthermore salted egg chicken rice was not worth 8.80, for just rice, fried egg plus salted egg chicken it is quite expensive. it was cold and the salted egg does not taste like salted egg. I won’t eat here again

Short-haired auntie was quite rude when taking my order… had to repeat my order multiple times. First time trying their salted egg chicken rice as well and I definitely had better ones before.
