A hidden gem from the popular round market malay food stalls . It has a good range of nasi padang dishes for lunch . Other breakfast items like lontong , mee rebus and nasi lemak are also in their menu. Tried the lontong n found it good . The gravy was thick , rice cubes soft and the portion of ingredient was generous . The seruding and sambal chillie was yummy too. Malay kueh make great tea time snacks are available. Usually made of coconut milk, pandan flavour n glutinous rice .

Tucked into a humble corner of this coffeeshop is a stall that quietly delivers something special. From breakfast through lunch, the spread is impressive variety that doesn’t just look good, but actually delivers where it matters flavour. And then there’s the rendang. Rich, deep, and unapologetically bold, with that distinct black pepper kick that lingers long after the last bite. It’s the kind of heat that doesn’t overwhelm, but stays with you warm, satisfying, and addictive. Every dish feels honest. No frills, no gimmicks just solid, well-executed food at a price point that makes you want to come back again and again. This isn’t just a “good find.” It’s one of those places you almost want to keep to yourself but it’s too good not to share.

Had mee soto from this new stall near the round market. Their rendition was more spices forward, the soup was thicker compared to the ones I tried prior. Almost thought I was having mee rebus, and the flavour wasd quite complex. There were also other dishes like nasi lemak, ayam penyet and many more.
