Staff with TERRIBLE attitude. I send my kids to Junction 10 for enrichment class every Saturday afternoon and they enjoy the waffles here. For months, every week, I ordered a Choc Waffle, cut into half, add 10ct for an extra bag - Perfect portion size for my 7 & 5 yrs old. Recently, my elder kid started to fancy peanut butter but younger one is mildly allergic to it, so I'd order half chocolate, half peanut. 17/6. Ordered the half-half and received the waffle mixed. Each had both spreads. I figured that I may be unclear with my order. Ordered an additional chocolate waffle for my younger kid. Sorted. 24/6. I made sure to be extra clear with my order this time, through a middle aged Chinese lady and is positive she got my order right. Couple minutes later, the Chinese lady left (shift over?) and waffle was prepared by a Malay lady. I checked and the spreads are mixed. So I explained that I needed it Half Half, not mixed. She raised her voice at me, and grumbled in Malay to her colleague (I'm Singaporean Chinese so I can understand some. Thank you). 1. I am positive I was clear with my order. If the staffs did not communicate, it is not my fault. 2. If the customer was not upset about a wrong order and having to wait for it to be remade, I see no reason for the staff to be annoyed. 3. There is no reason why any customer deserve to be snapped at especially when the customer remained cool and cordial the whole time. For this, I do not think I will patronize this store again.

1st time here. A decent size bakery shop.. Deco is simple.Staff was friendly. Currently there's an offer. One bread@ $4/ If ya get 3,it's @$10. bread I bought felt heavy on the dough side. Maybe they added too much flour. Taste is reasonable.The coconut bread was nice.

Would definitely give them 0 star if given the option. Rude staffs. Both the young and old. As it seems that I owe them a living by buying from them. Boycott at all cost

Dishonest female staff making waffles. The waffles I buy usually has the chocolate spread slabbed on one side (half of waffle), but the one I bought today at 5pm only has chocolate on one half (quarter of the waffle). Only realized it when I got home, super disappointing. Waffle price has increased and yet spread has decreased.

their small buns not fresh, shld be ovrnight ones. bought 3 sml buns @$4 last sun. when ate..the bun inner was dry and hard vy bad quality. would not patron agn!
