Can’t believe I missed this gem after decades in Hougang! The mutton briyani is a winner, generous portion, fluffy fragrant rice, tender meat, plus potato, acar and a boiled egg to complete the feast. The crispy puri with flavourful masala potato and rich curry really took me by surprise, no need to go all the way to Little India anymore! Also loving the char kway teow, not too sweet or spicy, just right, with plenty of fishcake and fresh prawns. And yes, the kway teow goreng deserves a shoutout too. The food was so good, I finished everything without even stopping to take any photos and that says a lot! Thank you, Rohana.

Edit - they had the worst food. I dnt knw nothing taste good Hard to find this place 😂 unless you search onl google. Food is ok ok. Didn't find anything which is too tasty in terms of price as well. The only thing I would recommend you to try from that shop is mutton soup. The quantity and taste seems to be good.

One of the best biryani I ever eaten! At $7.50, the mutton biryani serving is generous, fit for 2 persons, the mutton gravy super thick and I like that it comes with generous acar! I didn’t have enough coins to pay for the papadom, short of 5 cents and the stall person was kind enough to let me have the papadom. The food was still warm even after 1/2hr of travel. Excellent service, good food and reasonable pricing! 👍🏽😍

Ordered kway toew kuah, look tantalising but the truth super spicy, whom like spicy can try here, as for me no more spicy tastebuds, so I cannot take 'spiciness' this stall had provide in the kway teow kuah. I end up buying egg prata in order to make the spiciness subside.
