Lovely place to be at and friendly staff . I got the lemon meringue tart and it was lovingly tart and balanced with the buttery crusty base . A refreshing dessert. The truffle fries were chunky cut and sadly not flavorful. I could smell it from the kitchen but when it came to the table , it's tasteless and just plain Mango madness is my go to drink. Thick luscious mango flavor that sends my taste buds up up n away!

Food looks good on photo but not necessarily good to your taste bud. Could do better. Hot cocoa drink was littered with sugar at the end. Cocoa is supposed to taste slightly bitter not sweet like sugar! Will avoid unless they improve.

So far its my 1st time there. I was having a slight Bad mood on that Day. But the evening i came here and ordered that Double Cheeseburger a with fries and a salad side. I lost my worry and ate it will all smiles. I will come again. I call this a HAPPY PLACE. 🥰 . I felt like a kid again out of a sudden here. Good place to bring your family to eat too. 5 Stars overall. 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

Got a lunch set meal of crispy chicken burger that comes with fries, salad and a regular drink of choice at $19.20. Cannot recall when was my last visit to the starhub outlet. But I am sure this shall be the last. Okay to pay slightly more for the ambience and aircon but food quality should not be comprised. Greens were not fresh in the first place and crispy chicken patties × 2 pcs look and tastes the same as those frozen ones that can be bought from supermarkets. The meat thickness is pathetically thin with chicken skin and batter that I ended up discarding. The only decent one on the plate maybe is only the fries. With a no effort dish served, it does not worth paying such price. Even the nearby canteen or food court stalls at that area can do better with a more affordable price. They used to have better menu and food quality. Should consider bringing back the Asian menu which personally I think they tasted better.

Free wifi and plug safe me from work. Aircon environment, foods and staffs are good. But the coffee need to improve some more especially the barista technique and coffee quality

Quite disappointing with the hard pancake and only has honey & not maple syrup. It’s ok to be self-service at some point but felt not so professional when comes to food preparation.

The quality of the food simply did not justify the costs. I found it disheartening to pay such a hefty amount for a subpar quality of food. One of the dishes that particularly stood out in a negative way was the Aglio Olio. The excessive amount of oil used in the preparation was alarming and made the dish unappetizing. The fries were undercooked, and the wings were cold in the middle, which was unacceptable. How bad can you screw up frozen food right? There are certainly better options available in the area that offer a more satisfying dining experience. Please just give them a miss.

I have been coming here regularly for three years. The staff here are lovely and welcoming (especially J. and the other Malay staff - don't know his name). The pastries and muffins are great, and the ambience is wonderful for working during off-peak hours, since there is both an indoor and outdoor area. I like their loyalty rewards program and how convenient it makes payment. Would be nice if music was lowered in volume and water refills for tea weren't limited to 2 refills (if possible).

If you're not particular about your experience, they're actually alright. But for the price paid, and the calories invested, I'm sure there are much better options around. I was expecting heartland restaurant service and taste offerings, not really high school canteen cafe offerings. The menu felt as if they were piecing together whatever the boss feels like eating, without any consistency of the cuisine type they're serving. Taste wise, it's alright, but once again it's of cafe standards. Presentation was lacking. Got the curry chicken and potato rice for myself; and it's as per what the dish says it to be.
