Hi I bought an éclair together with the apple crumble at 6.30pm on the 26th of July ,i genuinely believe that the eclair went bad as i had a bite into it and the taste of the cream was sour I hope to hear from the stall soon.

As a regular visitor to West Mall over many years, today (10 March 2026) was (oddly enough) the first time that I bought some desserts at this kiosk. I took away a Custard Horn and a Chocolate Eclair - and not its famed Apple Strudel. As regards the Custard Horn, it is in my opinion, excellent - the pastry although it was a tard hard was crispy and the custard therein was delightful. As for the Chocolate Eclair, it was also excellent in terms of taste and texture. And their prices were in my opinion reasonable. I will certainly takeaway desserts from here in future. By the way, service here was good - polite and friendly.

MrsHashim I was at Ritz Apple Strudel West Mall Branch last week, the cakes and puffs were nicely displaced. I cant decide as all looks delicious. There were this malay lady her name is Ruzilah she patiently explained to me each and every items in detailed and never pressure me to buy until I decided to buy few items which are very delicious and of course with her help. Keep up your good work Ruzilah I will definately go there again.

Was served by Ruzilah who was a very attentive staff and helpful with the choices of pastries available. She was knowledgeable and had great expertise in her work and was friendly and did not pressure me, but allowed me to choose what I wanted to buy with guidance and tips from her! She was from NTFGH but now she's is here, I will support WM
