Bought some apple strudels today and had a great experience. The shop assistant was friendly, attentive to detail, and provided excellent service throughout. Really appreciated the care taken when packing the strudels. Thank you for the wonderful service!

So I followed Google Maps closing timing. I was there literally at 9.03 pm but the store assistant insisted that “last orders” are 9 pm, despite Ritz Strudel being a pastry & cakes store. I mean…in an age of digital payments, she claims it’s almost impossible to collect payment etc. To the owners of Ritz, perhaps it’s time to re-train your operator fr this NTFGH outlet.

Worst experiences for a chocolate cake ever. Who sends a frozen cake when doing a grab delivery. Bullshit it is! It was just a frozen piece of ice and tastes like “never want to eat a chocolate cake ever”

There is this super rude staff at Ng Teng Fong outlet. Malay lady wearing tudung. Her face is always sour like she is not happy to work. Please get a better staff who is interested in working. I went there at 9.02pm to ask if I cld still buy d pie. She turned n looked at me coz I kept calling, then she showed me her sour face & turned back to continue using her hp. The least she cld hv done is at least answer me, say d shop alr close or sorry cannot buy anymore. Just turn, look at me with a frown n turn bk. Horrible. This kind of staff only will make u lose d customers!! Wont come bk to this outlet again!

We were invited by my wife’s best friend to her place for a fun swimming get-together, and she also invited some of our tenant friends to join. It was a great time, made even better with some takeaway treats including the Ritz Apple Strudel, which I tried for the very first time. I have to say, it was delicious! What I loved most was that it wasn’t overly sweet just the right amount of sweetness, making it really enjoyable. The crunchiness of the bread added a perfect texture, and the apple flavor was fresh and comforting. I’m now curious to try their other flavors next time! It was a chill and tasty moment shared with good company definitely a day well spent.
