Worst experience ever. I was extremely disappointed with the birthday cake I received. The actual cake looked nothing like the display cake that was shown to me. It looked rushed, incomplete and extremely plain, as though very little effort had been put into the final product. What made the experience even worse was the response from the salesperson. When I expressed my disappointment, I was simply told that if I didn’t like the cake, I could return it. This was a birthday cake meant for a party happening that very day. How is returning the cake supposed to solve the problem? Imagine giving the same response to someone who received a poorly done wedding cake on their wedding day. Very disappointing and irresponsible. The actual rating is " BIG FAT ZERO"!!!!!

Ordered a cake delivery which the seller engages third party delivery service. But on the morning of, the delivery person cancelled my order and if I had not gone in to check the delivery status, I wouldn't have known. Tried to contact the seller but no response over message or call at all.

I ordered a chocolate fudge block cake and a yam orh-nee sliced cake through foodpanda. I opened up my order and saw that my sliced cake was mouldy. It was very bad! The top and the inside of the cake was really mouldy! How can you sell spoiled products to customers?!!! Do you have any conscience???! This could make someone really sick or even killed someone! Do you know that?!! Please do something about it! This is totally unacceptable!!

$2 for a peanut butter waffle and the taste is acceptable. The staff are friendly.

Disappointing experience with the pre-order of my toddler’s birthday cake at Ecreative (Junction Nine branch). The actual cake design looked very different from the display sample. The yellow colour shark was missing, the sea-themed top was plain, and the coral side details looked amateurish. (Refer to picture) I paid an extra $5 for vanilla sponge, but it was dry even though we ate it on the same day. The $6 chocolate ganache tasted like cheap bittersweet chocolate, not worth the upgrade. The cake was small, and most of it was just thick cream. (Refer to picture) Service was disappointing. When I pointed out the design mismatch, the bespectacled staff coldly referred to a tiny, faint disclaimer at one end of the long display cabinet. (Refer to picture) This should’ve been clearly communicated at ordering, especially with multiple staff involved. After I explained how much the yellow colour shark meant to my toddler, the staff eventually took out a toy topper from a drawer and asked me to replace one of the existing toppers myself. I usually check reviews before ordering, but trusted Ecreative because of their confident display. Unfortunately, I later saw many negative reviews - lesson learned.
