Very bad attitude and poor customer service at this Polar Puffs & Cakes (Giant Hypermart Tampines). The staff had no smile and did not appear friendly or welcoming at all. I had already purchased two Swiss rolls without sugar, and later decided to add a few more items. I then politely asked her to add sugar to one of the Swiss rolls. She clearly seemed unhappy about my request and, after adding the sugar, simply threw the box towards me instead of handing it to me properly. I even had to cover and close the box myself. The way she handled the situation was extremely unpleasant and made me feel very unwelcome as a customer. Very disappointing service and attitude.
