This is the worst wafer I've ever bought, it's not worth it for $22.20. The wafer taste is very salty, and the presentation is not attractive. At least you can add cherry slices or a few mint leaves to make it a little more interesting when served. Waste my money 😓😓 im not enjoying at all , and this will be the first and last i visit here ,

We had such a wonderful experience thanks to Asyara (he was so shy to give us his name but we insisted)! We were the last customers before closing, but he never made us feel rushed or unwelcome. Instead, he was incredibly friendly, attentive and made us feel comfortable throughout our order. His recommendations were excellent, we loved everything he suggested! The chocolate chip waffle was warm and the icecream was delicious. It's rare to come across someone who provides such genuine and warm customer service, especially at the end of a long shift. Definitely 5-star service from Asyara. Geláre is lucky to have him on the team. He deserves recognition (and honestly, a promotion! 😄). Thank you for making our visit such a pleasant one, we'll definitely be back!

Came at 1pm and your ‘chef recommendation’ Chocolate Lava Cake is unavailable. No lava cake, picked out a croffle item and was informed by cashier that it has been discontinued sooooo long ago. Then why still on menu? You already know it’s discontinued, then remove it from the menu. Isn’t that like basic common sense? If it was discontinued JUST yesterday, then fine. But from how the cashier described it, it was quite a while back, so what have Gelare been doing since then? Disappointing first visit, never again.

Standard has dropped so much!! Waffle was overcooked & too crispy as you can see from the photo & the ice cream scoop was so little. Moreover, they poured the maple sauce all over the waffle without serving it on the side. It was soaked with maple..Service was bad too. Never again, go to other outlets!

Had a great experience here. Martin was handling the cashier when I visited, and his service was exceptional. He was professional, friendly, and took the time to recommend ice cream flavors that matched my taste preferences perfectly. What stood out most was how articulate he was and the genuine care and attention he showed throughout the interaction. He made the whole experience feel welcoming and enjoyable from start to finish. Also, on a lighter note, he's pretty good looking too which certainly didn't hurt the customer experience! 😄 Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would definitely dine here again. It's rare to come across someone who combines professionalism, great communication, and genuine customer care so naturally. Special thanks to Martin for the outstanding service! ⭐🍦
