I truly love their Toman fish soup. So flavourful! Not easy to find one that's halal certified and also of high quality. One of the finest things one can find at Sun Plaza. Pls dont ever close down

a concern regarding hygiene practices observed at the Sun Plaza branch on 27 May 2026 at approximately 8.20pm. A staff member (a Chinese lady wearing glasses) was seen sweeping the floor prior to serving customers. She then proceeded to take my order and was about to prepare food, including scooping rice, without washing or sanitising her hands. After attending to the order, she resumed sweeping duties. This sequence of actions is concerning, as it reflects poor hygiene practices for a staff member handling food. I hope the management will review the CCTV footage of the incident and provide appropriate guidance and retraining to ensure proper food hygiene standards are consistently maintained. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Usually its fresh and nice but today its not. Your prawns kinda disintegrated when I peeled off the shell. Please check the freshness before purchasing your prawns please.

I usually don’t make reviews but this one takes the cake. Ordered the seafood tomyum soup with lamian. To be fair, lamian and slice fish were fresh and cooked well. Soup had no taste at all. When I asked the staff if he could add some seasoning or flavouring, this was his comments “you sure you not sick? I had it for lunch today and it was okay.” I asked him to take another spoon and try it for himself but he refused and there was nothing he could do. Terrible for a soup stall and terrible customer service.

Order rendang chicken bento and batang fish soup. The rendang chicken is so pale like hantu susu. Can't feel the rendang at all. The fish soup is like a hot chick without make up. The soup is so hot until burn my tounge but the soup taste is so plain . Feel like drinking hot water . Miso soup also taste better 😁
