It’s always pleasant to conduct discussion with Paris baguette, just find it’s a bit noisy and slightly disrupting cos I need to pick up food and drinks separately as the meeting going However for this outlet Mr Hafiz make everything so easy and comfortable so that I can do a quick dinner and fast discussion with minimal distractions (I also choose to sit nearer to collect counter) and when my friend can’t finish the dinner, he help us with take away bag without asking It’s very pleasant to have such a helpful server

I've visited this outlet several times, and it has always been a pleasant experience. However, my last visit with two friends was exceptional! We were there last Thursday, May 7th, around 2 PM, and a male server truly impressed us. Knowing we were celebrating a friend's birthday, we ordered two sets and an additional coffee. To our delight, we received two candles, each in a match-envelope—such a clever touch! The server noticed I was trying to take a group photo and offered to help. He was humorous, warm, and friendly, which made our time even more enjoyable. After taking our photos, he surprised us with a third piece of cake, saying there were three of us, so we deserved it! This unexpected gesture made our celebration even more special. It's these thoughtful surprises that make an establishment stand out. Kudos to Paris Baguette, One Holland! We'll definitely be back! The cakes were all delicious. If you ask me to choose a favourite, it will be the strawberry mochi fresh cream cake. The complimentary cake was the dark choco pistachio cake. That was very good too.

I had a wonderful experience at Paris Baguette @ One Holland Village, and it easily deserves a full 5-star rating. Food: The selection of pastries and baked goods was impressive, with everything looking fresh and beautifully presented. I tried a mix of sweet and savory items, and each one delivered in both flavor and texture. The bread was soft on the inside with a slight crisp on the outside, while the pastries were light, buttery, and not overly sweet. Their cakes and desserts were especially delightful—rich yet balanced, making them perfect for a quick indulgence or a special treat. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients. Service: The service stood out just as much as the food. The staff were friendly, attentive, and efficient, even during busier periods. They were patient in answering questions and gave helpful recommendations, which made the whole ordering process smooth and pleasant. Orders were prepared quickly without compromising quality, and everything was served neatly. Atmosphere: The ambiance was clean, cozy, and inviting—perfect for a casual meet-up, a quick coffee break, or even some quiet time alone. The overall vibe made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, it’s a great spot for consistently good food and excellent service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

The food and drinks here are very decent, the staff is very friendly and the cake set is a good value. However, the atmosphere after 9:45 p.m. is terrible. There’s a constant, annoying bell that announces discounts. It’s ridiculous that they keep ringing the bell inside, disturbing customers and giving them headaches. I had to leave the shop to avoid the headache.
