The food was really delicious, and the portions were generous too. However, the waiting time was just ridiculously long, you’re pretty much guaranteed to spend at least 30–45 minutes queuing before you can get your food. Business is clearly booming, so I wonder if the owner has considered hiring an extra pair of hands? It would probably make things much more efficient and save customers from such a long wait.

Daddy Cuisine by Daddy BBQ at Holland Village Market & Food Centre is a great place for freshly made Turkish comfort food. The food is prepared to order, so there may be a short wait, but it is worthwhile for the generous portions and freshly made kebabs and flatbreads. The doner kebabs are the main draw: hearty, flavourful and packed with well-seasoned meat, fresh vegetables and pickles that add a welcome contrast to the rich filling. The freshly made pita and flatbreads make the meal feel much more satisfying than a typical quick hawker bite. It is a convenient and affordable option when you are in Holland Village. Come with an appetite and a little patience. This is honest, freshly prepared Turkish food that delivers on both flavour and portion size.

Worth the wait. Came at close to 9pm on a weekday and there was still a queue. Portions are generous and the flavour of both beef and chicken were superb. Side of salad was fresh too. 📷: Beef Kebab w Pita, Chicken Kebab w Fries

Stumbled upon this gem of a kebab shop in Holland Village serving Mediterranean food. Effortlessly skilful one-man show as he alternates cutting the meat and baking the Nan while serving everyone. Tried the Mixed Meat Kebab with fried potatoes and a Cheese Nan. Generous serving and delicious! Will return for more!

Hands down the best pita bread ive had, served warm, fresh and fluffy! Still can't stop thinking about it! There was a long queue on a weekday lunch, but it was absolutely worth the wait. The owner is incredibly friendly and the portions are generous. Delicious, authentic Turkish food that, definitely be back for.
