Authentic Xinjiang cuisine with a great atmosphere. Ordering through their website is quick and easy. The standout dish is hands down the Braised Beef Noodle Soup, if you're going, you have to try it. Friendly staff, great food

We went out for a late dinner and still had to wait half an hour. There was a wait list so I'd recommend a reservation. When we called to reserve a table no one picked up. The place is small with limited seating so we had a long wait. When we were eventually seated, the food was quick. The food was good and served fresh and piping hot. The lamb skewers were flavourful but a tad bit chewy. The stir fry was crunchy and quite good. The hand pulled noodles and the wholesome broth were the star. It was a good experience.

I was a big fan of the hainanese chicken and mushroom soup, the broth was delicious and the chicken, along with the garlic ginger condiment they gave was really good. The one thing is that the noodles weren't properly cut, and were in pretty much one big sheet, which was disappointing. I know I could've gotten it remade but I was hungry as hell.

This was my first time here despite living in the neighbourhood and passing by hundreds of times. My go to is Magic Noodle but a neighbour shared that they like this place equally. It’s closer so I thought it was worth a try. I came late and the service was brief but quick: my soup came out in minutes. I am vegetarian so I chose the veggie soup without mushrooms (I don’t like them). I chose wide flat noodles and they were really thick and chewy, I was not a fan of these despite liking them at other similar restaurants. I started eating and then asked what kind of broth it was and they said “beef bone broth” and I almost threw up: I am vegetarian and ordered the veggie soup. I told them that and they corrected immediately saying “no sorry it’s not” but I felt very uneasy. They showed me the seasoning that is apparently added to the water to create the broth (but I couldn’t tell if it’s beef concentrate or not, I don’t know it was just powder scooped into a bowl). I felt uncomfortable but finished the noodles and veggies reluctantly, leaving the broth (it was mostly broth in what looked like a full bowl). The broth had a thick oily layer that coated my lips and mouth plus a flavour I didn’t like at all. There were far less veggies and noodles vs similar spots. The bowl looked full when it arrived but it was mostly broth. At Magic Noodle, I end up so full I have to walk home slowly to avoid stomach cramps but this time I had an uncomfortable feeling in my stomach: I felt still quite hungry and unsatisfied but the oily broth sat poorly in my stomach. I couldn’t sleep last night and woke up inflamed and bloated. I am disappointed because I was hoping to find a veggie soup closer to home but it was really disappointing. Other reviews mention being able to add an egg or offered complimentary cilantro etc but that was not offered to me and I didn’t see it on the menu. As I was eating, I also noticed how dirty the restaurant was and there was a thick fog/steam hanging in the air that gave my clothes an unpleasant smell. The dirt was accumulated from not cleaning, it couldn’t have been from all one day. I took a shower when I got home because my hair had a smell from my 30 min inside. Sorry I tried but I will absolutely not return.

I've been coming here for a couple years (not that often - just once a year to catch up with a friend). Both visits were good! You can usually pretty comfortably find a seat for two, and can scan a QR code to access the menu and order from there. There's lots of options but I tend to go for the Traditional Lanzhou Noodle. Sometimes I'll add modifications like an extra fried egg or extra mushroom. There's customizability for the noodles, varying from Angel Hair (very thin, and my personal noodle of choice) to Mid Triad (I think my friend likes Wide Flat). Between Braised Beef and the Traditional Lanzhou, the Lanzhou is just a bit better in my opinion. Sides are pretty good - The skewers are great fresh (not as great back home if you bring it back as leftovers) and the dumplings are always good. Be sure to come in with an empty stomach because the noodles are very filling, that any sides you may get can lose their appeal as you try to finish the last bit of the soup noodles. Another friend who frequents another location has split the bowl with her partner and I think that may be the way to go if you can't eat it or want to avoid bringing home leftovers. We tend to give our noodles a generous helping of chili oil, but without chili oil is also pretty refreshing and comforting as is. All Omni Noodle locations are halal (as far as I'm aware) so its a great place to go with Muslim friends (and is great for anyone really). Definitely would recommend if you're looking for a fair priced, very filling, and pretty tasty meal for yourself or in the company of good friends.
