Went with family for dinner as we wanted to try something different. We ordered braised beef, beef shank bowl, general Tao chicken, spring rolls, sesame ball and spicy beef satay. Everything was delicious and so so fresh. We saw the noodle making process. They actually made fresh noodles on the spot so it was quite interesting to watch. Service was attentive and they made sure to check on us. Will definitely recommend this place. Halal certificate is at the entrance and also by the cash register.

Halal restaurant. We had the Traditional Lanzhu Noodle and Braised Beef Noodle soup. Quite delicious! Nice tasting soup, soft nice cubes of beef, good vegetables cooked just right and you get to pick your noodle thickness too! Nice ambiance. Has a clean toilet. Staff are kind and attentive. Food came out quickly and was hot and fresh. I recommend it. It’s nice and hearty…gave me a nice feeling of relaxation all over after eating it.

Clean big restaurant with friendly staff , Offers 9 different shapes and mouthfeels of freshly handmade noodles. I tried a variety of dishes from the menu and was thoroughly impressed. The Fried Beef Dumplings are flavourful, while the Beef in Spicy Sauce had just the right amount of kick. The Stir Fried Noodles cooked to perfection and the Braised Beef Noodle soup were rich and satisfying. To top it off, the Pumpkin cake was a deliciously sweet way to end the meal. Overall, the menu offers a diverse range of tasty options that are sure to satisfy any craving

The restaurant has Halal food, with all halal items on menu and does not serve alcohol alhamdulillah. We were welcomed nicely by staff and served fresh and tasty food. The hand made noodles were great and we loved the spicy beef stew and the braised beef soup, the meat was so soft and tender in both dishes. The lamb skewers were also amazing, and the fried lamb dumplings as well. Place was clean and organized. We went on a weekday so it was nice and peaceful with only a few people in the restaurant. Will definitely return with more family and friends.

The traditional beef noodle soup was average at best, the meat didn’t taste fresh and there was too many noodles and not enough of the meat. The braised beef had a better overall taste but again too many noodles. The broth was very tasty though! I’d like to come back and try their other dishes.

My mom and I went for my birthday last Sunday and it was a great experience. I got the braised beef with pickled greens and my mom ended up getting the Lunzhou noodles. We did not expect the portions to be that big. I was not able to finish mine and took it home. The beef broth was excellent. The noodles were chewy, soft and delicious. The staff were wonderful as well. Highly recommend checking this place out.

Nice atmosphere and very clean restaurant. Like the beef in chilli oil. Other food was just regular. Nothing exceptional to me. But will visit again to try noodles.

HALAL Ammmmmmazing food…..kind and friendly staff…..this was my first time trying it, i had a few doubts about beef smell so i didnt order beef, instead i ordered veggie bamboo shoot and noodles…..it was awesome….i will try noodles with beef next time…i ordered stir fried noodles and general tso’s chicken they both were so good, even my 4 years old kid loved them…..general tso’s chicken was fresh and so tender, this will be my all time’s favourite now. Edit: been there multiple times by now, have had beef noodles too, everything is amazing!!! Loved everything about orient express. They also sell uncooked dumplings by dozens, so you can steam them at home and enjoy as per your convenience…..thats what i do every other day now!

My friend came here all the time. He recommend this place to us. I ordered the traditional beef ramen. Food is very tasty, portion is big, the service is good and the price is reasonable. The best part is that you can pick how you like your noodle, thin or thick. Must try the chilly oil if you like spicy food. I will definitely come back.

Delicious halal Chinese food with a variety of choices. Big portions. Second time with my family (went to the Sheppard location 1st time). The atmosphere is very nice and love the seating. Amazing staff and great customer service! 😋

We are regulars here and the food is simply amazing. For this visit we had the beef and potato with rice (which is my son’s absolute favourite), cumin lamb, beef dumplings and the sesame balls and all were top notch! The service was amazing as well!

It was my first time here, and I tried hand pulled spicy beef noodles. It was amazing. I went for the very thin noodles, and it hit the spot in the cold winter. Also, I tried the lamb ribs and was so good. The staff were so nice and friendly, prompt service.

worst food ever. got fooled by the review. soup was okay but the szechuan fried chicken was a nightmare. it was too salty. not edible for a human being. and quantity of chicken was too less for 17 dollar dish. lamb skewers were disgusting too. i had better skewers in other places. too salty

Best halal ramen in Toronto. The food is beyond amazing, fresh, made right before your eyes and it’s all homemade. I come here every weekend to enjoy this restaurant with all its options and deliciousness. The food makes me all happy inside and I recommend it to anyone who hasn’t been here before to give it a try. The service is amazing and all the workers make you feel right at home. All the vibes here are positive and this restaurant truly deserves 5 stars.
