Curry gravy was thick but not fragrant enough. Laksa was good.

Order their mee siam with prawn and coffee C koso. Mee Suam soup was so salty, so I ask for a cup of hot water to dilute it. I was being charged $0.50 for the cup of hot water!!! Shouldn't you be checking on your food quality for Healthier version??

Poor attitude of service staff at this outlet. Was there 16/1 at 3pm and was informed by the staff at the counter that it would take 10 minutes for the black sesame balls to be ready. I waited, and was told i needed to wait another 10 minutes when i went back after. No prizes for guessing that they still needed another “5 minutes” for it to be ready after i waited for 20 minutes. When i asked her how long do they actually need so that i can decide if i want to wait for it, the response given was “i already informed the staff at the back, it’s not my fault if they didn't prepare the items”. Excuse me? Couldnt wait anymore and i left. First time having such a disappointing experience with Old Chang Kee in my years of patronage.

The female lady wearing spectacle was extremely rude when I was taking my order, clearly speaking softly but showing attitude when I could not hear. Would not recommend, food is below expectations.

Great Blue Pea Nasi Lemak, I had the Fish Cutlet one — sambal also was really good. Hot good food for comfort.
