Decent food with affordable price. Nasi lemak or Mee Soto, always my favourite. Prepare to wait as the queue can be long during peak hours.

A hidden gem within the vicinity known to its residents and nearby for its value for money dishes. Famous for its nasi lemak, they also offer longtong, Mee Siam, Mee soto, kuehs and such. A perpetual queue and they are not the fastest moving. Partly because there are quite some takeaways. For $3.50, you do get a big bowl of longtong. Unfortunately, today's sayur lodeh was lukewarm rather than hot. It also did not come with tofu as it usually does. The sayur lodeh is light yet flavorful. The compressed rice cake was soft. A whole hard boiled egg was served. The seruding together with sambal were the catalyst.

At Jan 2023 a plate of nasi lemak cost $3.50. The chicken wing is bigger than most I have had. It has a very nice aroma from some spices mixed into the frying dip mix. The rice is a little wet and sticky. Can be better. The chilli carries a very nice flavour and is not so spicy that it burns. There is always a q but service is fast and usually does not take long.

Fragrant rice and the secret ingredient - shiok chilli. Somehow there's a BBQ taste. Auntie is a bit stern. But if you are selling a higher quality product, at a lower price ($3.50) you can be as angry as you want.

Nasi lemak was good, reason for 2 stars because they charge me extra $0.50 just to separate my chicken wing from my rice in a plastic.. box doesn’t even cost $0.50 outside, ridiculous

I tried the Lontong, it’s nice but could be better. At least what I saw on blogs is over rated.

Nasi Lemak and Mee Soto taste good. Price is reasonable. Prepare to wait due to long queue in the morning.

Always been having meals at this coffee shop the nasi lemak queue sometimes is ridiculously long. I don't understand why they cannot prepack when there is queue. So people don't wait too long. I ever queue abt 40 mins. That is when too long haven't been going . If not bye bye. Makcik service can be better as the business grew. I know its a tiring job but appreciate Customer more. Ownself think.

My favourite spot for my family breakfast for 15 years! They served yummlicious sg breakfast meal, mee soto, lontong, mee rebus and all-time favourite nasi lemak! We love their nasi lemak, the rice is flavourful, the fried chicken are cripsy and syiok!,egg omelette, slices of cucumber , sambal is a mix of sweet + spicy which blend well with rice. A must try! It would be more complete if ikan bilis & kacang is included. Price range for each meal $3.50. There's other fried fingerfood if you wana add on to your meal such as fish fillet, nuggets, etc. Be prepared to face long queues, especially on the weekend. However, the seller servicing is fast and efficient. As for customer service, i personally feel that the foodseller could serve customer with a more friendly tone and warm smile 😊 Tips to customers: Get yourself familiarise with the menu, decide your meal, and when it's your turn to order, make it clear on what u have decided. 👍

This place has lots of regular - so be prepared for long queue! 😅 Tried the nasi lemak - the rice smells good & has a nice ‘lemak’ texture. Taste-wise, pretty good 👍🏼 The highlight is the sambal chilli 😋 good balance of flavour with a tinge of sweetness & spiciness. The price is really affordable. On the service, they seem to be pretty short-handed so not the greatest.

Surprisingly I reached the place slightly before 10 am to discover there isn't a queue. Bought the usual nasi lemak only to find that the taste has changed. The nasi has become bland and soggy. They also added sliced onions into the rice and the coconut milk clumps can be seen. The rice used to be more firm and dry and tasted savoury, you can eat it on its own but that is no longer the case. The thing that improved though was the fried chicken wing. It is fried nicely till golden brown and marinated thoroughly. The batter is crispy and infused with their unique spice blend and even the meat tasted savoury, it used to be bland. The sambal remains more or less the same. Used to see piles of prepacked sambal stacked infront of their stall. Their mee siam has also changed in flavour profile. It is drier now and less tart with a more pronounced soy bean paste flavour to it. Their mee soto no longer comes with a whole chicken wing(boiled in the soto soup) but with chicken shreds and the flavour intensity of the soup has been toned down. It used to pack a punch of umami even without the addition of the super spicy sambal to the soup. Have a feeling they secretly changed the chefs as alot of items were no longer available on the menu like nasi ambeng etc. The overall flavour profile of their dishes have also changed. Maybe that explains the absence of the long queue which I used to dread...

Nasi lemak is super good. Chicken is crispy. Sambal is sweet and not so spicy, at least to my liking. Queue is always long but food is always hot. Price is affordable at $3.50. We love it and sometimes we crave for it.

Tried their nasi lemak, honestly it’s nice! The nasi is good and above average and the sambal chili is sweet and spicy in my opinion! My meal cost $4 Becoz of add on fish cake. Honestly with price of $3.5 is reasonable. I was given 1.5 pcs fried chicken wing probably I am handsome😎 Just kidding😂 will definitely come again!
