I had one of the worst experiences here. I saw their juicy, mouth watering Smoke-Grilled Prime Ribeye and ordered that, but what came were pathetic slices of meat. When asking a staff, he insisted that was ribeye. Not satisfied, I asked the manager and he gaslighted me into accepting that it was simply the way the chef had cut the steak. Now, I've had plenty of ribeyes in my life, but don't take my word for it. Look at their photo, look at the videos on their page and then look at what I was served. Is that really ribeye? The meat I was served did not taste like steak either. It was mushy, and just did not taste good in general. Next, we ordered their double chicken with corn cheese. We saw one piece of corn in the corn cheese. Lol! Chicken did not have good flavour too. I do not recommend this place at all. This meal costed us around $68. The price does not justify the quality of the meal at all. I could have gone for teppanyaki with this money.

In such a cold weather, feel wanna drink soup and knew that they recently launched samygetang. Ordered traditional one and the taste is strong, comes with fried eggplant and golden mushroom. Make me feel so full. My bf ordered seafood sundubu and he likes it alot, he also order soy garlic chicken and says it is well marinated.

came here for lunch and the Lunch set menu is not bad, free flow kimchi and pickled radish. Food tasted decent, service is still alright.... a older looking server was a bit rude when we called him to refill the kimchi. The other thing i dislike about this place is the table height, I feel like i needed a booster seat to eat comfortably, else the sitting posture is a bit uncomfortable. Manpower here is also an issue, need to wait 5mins at the counter to pay because all the other staff were busy serving tables and walk in customers.

Had the Namu signature set which comes with Oakwood smoke-grilled(OSG) chicken with Corn Cheese and a chose of OSG oxtail , seafood fried rice and seafood sundubu jiigae. This can easily feed 2-3 pax and the taste was delicious. The kids had the spicy Jeju ramen with chicken and OSG beef Galbi and the plate/ bowl were wipe clean. Will come back again to try other samgetang soup variety

Came back second time for the lunch deal and I feel the quality of the chicken served dropped a bit - doesn't feel as substantial. The kimchi and radish were still good to cut through the greasiness and cheese. Highlight was the service staff, especially the young chap. He was very responsive and provided great service, very surprising for someone of his age imo. He also joked around with some of the customers and it felt like a very warm environment. No name tag, otherwise I'll drop his name here but he was working 20th Apr lunchtime.
