Food portions has increasingly become extremely small. They used to give a generous huge portion of fish for their onigiri and now they give a small pathetic portion.

Serving speed is fast. Try the new launch: Hokkaido snow crab.

Our first time there and we got the Chicken Karaage Mentaiko. It is made fresh and tasted really good. More importantly, Im here to commend the 2 staff working on 6 Jan.2026 (1745hrs). While I was waiting for the food, an elderly came to ask about the menu and the lady staff who was manning the stall while doing the orders answered each question patiently. A male staff came later on to take over from the back and attended to the elderly lady. He explained and answered each of her question ever so politely and patiently. Kudos to the team. Brought a smile to my face seeing great customer service.

Food is respectable. Concept is creative and also the food looks visually decent. French fries on the downside is soggy. I see this place has potential, as long as they put in the effort and hardwork. Hope that they can more variety 👍👍

Ordered takeout, rice balls are pretty good. Decent and affordable, Only issue is with the sauce given with the fries. It could barely cover 4-5 fries. Would be nice if there is a little more sauce.
