Ordered a Mega San for takeaway. Reached home, open it up and had a Mega shock, I thought a rat nibble at it in my car. End day, if one spoilt the roll while cutting or wrapping, and yet don't wanna replace it, at least let your customer know and check if they can accept it. I would gladly / definitely just accept it and move on.. *Already had a long day at work. Finally got time to have my lunch during dinner time, and this happen.. 😅

Came here to dine in this afternoon. Was able to find a seat. I like it they we could customize the the toppings. Sushi is nice but I feel the rice is too moist. Suggest they put less water when cooking and that would be perfect. Will be nice if more tables are available. For greater savings, use Fave pay for 5% cashback or use Foodpanda app for 30% off self pickup for orders above $20 (current promo) Date visited: 4 May 2021

Service is quick here, we managed to get our food promptly. The salad here is decent but we felt that they could have been more generous with their ingredients. You can pay with favepay too, so you can earn some cashback.

I ordered a sushi roll via foodpanda. This masterpiece of all the ingredients i selected for the sushi (minus the nori) appeared in a bowl instead. Mindblown!

Sushi and salad chain. Its a bit pricey but it is pretty good. There's lots of choices and you can customize your sushi or salad. Great for takeaways. Has dining in area too. Be prepared to fork out 8-12 bucks

Look at the state of their “unopened” drink. Filthy and disgusting. Eat elsewhere or risk food poisoning

I ordered soy wrap which is $1 more, and they gave me seaweed. Didn’t find out until I got home since I ordered takeaway. Also the tempura enoki mushroom inside that I ordered is stale, soggy and not crispy or fresh at all.

I ordered 2 meals from them. Unfortunately I only received 1 set from the delivery service. I am very disappointed. So I called the store and Jess pick up my call. She was emphaty and apologised. Unfortunately they cannot call the rider. Jess call me personally to ask for my address. She actually came directly to my door within half an hour and send the missing items. I am really impressed that she go extra mile to send my food herself. I really appreciate the recovery. Jess was very apologetic and friendly. Makisan have such a good staff. She is definitely an asset to the company. Thank you Jess. Really appreciate it! U are so kind.

Price on the menu does not justify the quality of food, the set up of the outlet and the standard of hygiene. I really want to support MakiSan but this outlet does not meet expectations. This place needs an upgrade.

I recently dined at your establishment and wanted to express my gratitude for the wonderful experience.The atmosphere was warm and inviting,and the highlight of on your menu.The guilty of ingredients and the freshness of the sushi were exceptional.

ordered diy salad, selected a yuzu sauce and was not given the sauce, so i have to eat aa dry salad. also ordered tempura soft shell crab with karaage chicken... when i reached home, i was shocked that the bowl doesnt have any karrage, n we need to add mayonnaise ourselves. disappointing. both orders are not completed.

very disappointed that maki-san uses ai art on their sushi packaging as seen from the inconsistent art styles and utter gibberish as words on the illustrations 😐 generative ai art is highly unethical as it steals the intellectual properties of actual artists and takes away job oppotunities from them. if anything this just shows how cheap the company is
