I recently visited your outlet at AMK Ave 10, where I purchased a nasi padang and a mee soto. I would like to provide some feedback regarding the serving area, as I believe it poses a safety concern. Having worked in the F&B industry and attended food safety training, I understand the importance of having a proper serving area, especially when handling hot food and soup. I noticed that the serving counter was cluttered with stacked trays, leaving very little space for staff to serve customers safely. When your female staff member served my hot mee soto, she placed it on top of the stack of trays because there was no proper serving space available. As I was carrying my food away, I accidentally picked up two trays together, causing the hot soup to spill onto my hand & cause redness & burned. While I acknowledge that I should have been more careful, I believe this incident could have been avoided if there had been a proper and unobstructed serving area. Unfortunately, what disappointed me most was that the staff member witnessed the entire incident but did not offer any assistance or even a simple apology. I am not writing to seek any compensation. My intention is simply to highlight this safety issue so that it can be addressed before someone else is injured. I hope you will review the layout of the serving counter, ensure there is adequate space for serving hot food safely, and remind staff of the importance of assisting customers and responding appropriately when incidents occur. Thank you for taking the time to read my feedback. I hope the necessary improvements can be made to enhance the safety and experience of your customers. And I would appreciate to hear back from you Kind regards, Your Customer

The mee rebus did not have the sweet potato taste. It’s basically made using starch to thicken the gravy. Tasteless …

Wanted to try the food here since i was around the area. Service was friendly but the food was disappointing. I ordered the fish nasi lemak. The rice didnt taste like how nasi lemak should, fish was hard n not fresh n the sambal wasnt spicy at all like how malay nasi lemak sambal should be. Portion was ok but overall wasnt appetising to me personally. I bought the sardine epok-epok and hot dog but both was not tasty to me. I didnt try the nasi padang dishes so I cant comment on that.

Very poor quality of food. Pricing also questionable. Epok-epok stated $1.80 and lopes for $1:30. Bought 2 epok-epok and 1 lopes, was prepared to pay $4.90 but was charged $5.30. Paid anyways but the taste of bought is really bad. Tried their nasi padang many months before and it was bad but didn’t want to review, so came to try their kueh and still bad. Not worth it…

In this month of ramadan, i bought their nasi lemak and brought it to work as i was on night shift. It was 1 and a half hours before i can break my fast and when its time to eat, my rice was all slimey and mushy. Theres no way food can spoil that fast unless it was kept for a while and reused. No fresh food whatsoever. Fasted the whole day just to not be able to have a proper meal. Totally unacceptable and definitely would not recommend people to buy food here. Better yet, dont support irresponsible owners who dont provide the best quality and service. On top of that the price itself is insane. Pay so much just for it to not be edible? Never again. Beware everyone, eating here is really at your own risk.
