The service at this restaurant was extremely poor. Everyday waited over 30 minutes, and no staff came to take our order until we called them multiple times. The staff appeared uninterested and inattentive, making customers wait unnecessarily. There was no proper customer service or sense of urgency. A dining experience should not be this frustrating. I hope the management takes steps to improve staff efficiency and customer service. Note: not ready to give even 1 star for service. Very very bad service.

First of all, I really don't recommend it... The food being bad is a matter of personal taste, that's fine, but the service was terrible, absolutely terrible. I sat down, understanding they were busy, and waited 20 minutes for order. When I finally called the waiter to order, he said he was busy. My second colleague arrived, and he left immediately. We ordered three dishes, but one was missing because they forgot to place the order. I waited in vain. The service was incredibly poor, and they even gave me a dirty look.

Honestly quite good portion of prata, ordered a cheese, a bomb and an egg pratas for about $10. Tasty though.

unfriendly and lifeless service. they didnt even bother to pass me the menu only asked me to take a seat, I had to approach them when no-one appeared to want to serve me. the prata and chicken is so so, the sauce is too salty. not worth the price tag.

Ordered the mutton steak and the mee hoon goreng thai. The thai mee goreng wasnt even spicy at all the waiter argued about the amount of chilli to use we said less spicy but the waiter said he could either put one chili or no chili and one chilli is too spicy he could have put half chili but he refused to do so. The mutton chop was also too spicy and the mutton is super hard to chew. I will not go to this place ever again.
