This is a very old and well established restaurant. Famous for its bone marrow and mutton soup. We had an opportunity to try and it was still as tasty as before. Boss was very friendly and chatty. Service was tip top even though they were a bit short handed. Flavourful maggie goreng also to compliment the meal. Also a must try!

Recommend to try mutton soup. Soup very flavourful n the mutton not too heavy tasting. One of the top mutton soups around. Quite afew meats though it’s abit pricey at $9 I didn’t like the mee goreng though. Too wok hey though portion is quite big. Good as supper place

This is my first time tasting Sup Tulang Merah in Singapore. The taste is very delicious. The seasoning is very light but it seeps into the meat and the bone marrow is something to enjoy. It goes best with sliced bread. Mr. Deen himself provided excellent service. I highly recommend this restaurant for those who like mutton.

Oct 2022 ------- Came back after a long time... Mutton soup now is $9. Maggi goreng.. is just plain over cooked. And tasteless and just spicy only. Ate a few mouth and left. First time i give 1 star. Don't expect any service from them and is not the first time already. My total bill is 14.50 . I gave $20. Gave me 4.50 change. I didn't hear wrongly... So I went to counter to ask for receipt. Bill is 14.50 on receipt. I thought usually... If customer ask for item bill , means something is wrong... But they choose to ignore. I went up to ask 1 waiter. Say my change was 4.50. $1 less. He didn't even Bother to listen... He just went to keep my used plates.. I stood there for a while... He just ignore... So it is OK.... I just leave. I don't think.. I spoke too soft... But he just don't even want to look at me... I stood there... Then I just thought.. forget it. If they can do like this.. They can do to other customers.. Mutton soup was $8. With bones.. And 8 piece of square meat. Tea Aliah is $2. I think OK... Prata is newly made.. But not crispy, because all are fast and quick. Taste is so so ok. But doubt I will go again.

Everytime I visit Singapore, this is the only restaurant that I HAVE TO go! It has the original taste of soup tulang merah, with affordable prices. It cost only usd 20 for two portions of the soup. I usually came here for lunch as it serves a big portion of meal. Unfortunately, the last time I went here in Dec 2022, it was still closed around 4 pm which turned out that on that day some staffs were unavailable so they needed extra break after lunch time. So I went back again in the evening to have my big dinner “)

This is another one of our favourite late night supper spots. ☺️ We know it's a unhealthy eating habit 😁 But on raining nights when we want a bowl of Soup Kambing 🐑 and more 😝 This is where we head to. The broth of the Soup Kambing was thick and rich in flavours! Clearly, it was on the stove boiling over for a while... A long while. The meat was tender and we got a surprise piece of small tulang (bone with marrow) Simply Shiok! 👍 The Mutton Dum Briyani was good too... While not the best, it's good enough to sneak out in the middle of the night for ☺️ We're bias and we know it cos we prefer the gravy laden heart stopping version 🤣 I'm still wondering why we added to the cholesterol filled meal by ordering the Cheese Fries 🧀 🍟 and it was good! Served hot with GENEROUS amount of mayo and nacho cheese. There are tons of other stuff to eat here... above are our favourites... Plus the 4 Prata Kosong and Prata Telur which we ate up before we realise we forgot to take pic for you 🐵 what's new, huh? 🤭

The bone marrow was really chewy. Gravy was watery.. Totally not as we expected. Been here in January, and it was good, flavourful and meat was tender. Unfortunately, this time was a waste of money. The meat is so hard and chewy. It's not worth what u paid for.

Located at the corner of Jalan Sultan, this corner Indian Muslim restaurant have been dishing out very good sup tulang (mutton soup) & tulang merah (mutton bone in red sauce) for many years. The standard of these dishes were well maintained over these years. It is still as good and tasty as the very first day I had them. There are many more dishes on their menu at pretty reasonable price too. Service is quite efficient and the waiters there are attentive too. Will definitely come back again from time to time to satisfy those sup tulang cravings. 👍👍👍👍👍

The food was authentic and excellent. Portion was just right. The teh cino both hot and cold versions are superb!! They are serious about cleanliness and you can see them sweeping the cornices, wiping the fans, and walls etc. Definitely recommend 👌🏻 👍🏻 👏🏻 😀

A decent place to have food, which is open throughout the night. The nasi goreng ikan bills and Mutton soup are consistently good. The service is quick, and it has a decent crowd at all times.

In the realm of culinary disappointments, let me introduce you to the mutton chop from this establishment—an experience so exquisite in its awfulness that it redefines the boundaries of gastronomic horror. As a connoisseur of Tamil Nadu cuisine, my taste buds have danced with delight at the mere mention of a mutton chop. Yet, what greeted me was a grotesque betrayal of its namesake—a far cry from the succulent delight I had anticipated. What masqueraded as a chop was, in reality, a concoction of minced meat, deceitfully concealed beneath a facade of misnomers. Upon the sacrilegious act of tasting, my palate recoiled in revolt, as if assaulted by the very essence of culinary sacrilege. The texture, reminiscent of boiled leather, rendered each chew a Sisyphean task—an ordeal endured only to facilitate its swift expulsion from my person. But alas, the torment did not end there. The Indian rojak, a monument to culinary desecration, stood before me, its once-vibrant essence reduced to a state of petrified rigidity. And the mee hoon goreng, a pitiful specter of its former self, whispered of flavor lost and forgotten. This stall, with its audacious display of culinary ineptitude, besmirches the hallowed reputation of Tamil Nadu cuisine—a grievous affront to the very soul of gastronomy. It is a lamentable tragedy, a symphony of shame that resonates throughout the culinary cosmos.

The mutton chop is now MINCED mutton, but unfortunately, every portion of the minced mutton was either overcooked or tough to chew. The Indian rojak's gravy was not tasty, and the mee hoon goreng was marred by raw-tasting beansprouts. As someone who grew up enjoying Indian cuisine, this was by far the lowest standard I've encountered. Visiting on April 1st, I couldn't help but wonder if the food was meant as an April Fool's Day joke. To the boss of the stall, you need to taste the quality of the food yourself if u want to do indian food proud.

Hv a craving for Malay mutton soup and went down today. Very flavorful mutton soup but gave me bones with tendon n no much meat. Portion of bread is ample and the baundung drink is kinda too sweet for me
