This is the perfect takeout place to get a quick snack. Been eating their sausage balls for over 10 years. Definitely recommend the red roast and satay flavour 😊

ive been introduced to gogo franks since pri school (2011) and now i am a working adult, yet the taste is still the same 😭🔥. Thank u for staying consistent and for not closing down JP's store. i hope it will stay forever as it is very nostalgic as well as a good snack to enjoy regardless of age! ill always enjoy mixed sausage balls with mayo + chilli on the go :p.

Date: 2nd July 2026 Timestamp: 7.00pm Dear Gogo Franks Management, I am writing to provide feedback regarding an unpleasant experience I had with one of your employees. She is a Malay female staff member with long curly hair who was wearing a black shirt. When I approached the counter to order a Lucky 9 Cup, I politely told her what I wanted. However, she responded in a rushed manner even though there were no other customers waiting. She asked, “What sauce do you want?” I politely replied, “Chilli and mayo.” When it came to payment, she asked, “Pay by?” I responded, “PayWave.” She then clicked her tongue and said, in what I felt was a sarcastic tone, “Sorry, we don’t have PayWave. We have PayNow, NETS, or Fave.” I found her tone and attitude disrespectful and unprofessional. As a former Gogo Franks employee, I was genuinely happy to support your business. Earlier that afternoon, I saw your TikTok video promoting the free sausage and socks giveaway, which encouraged me to visit your outlet. I was looking forward to supporting the brand, but unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing because of the service I received. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and address the matter with the staff member involved. I believe every customer deserves to be treated with courtesy and respect. I trust that appropriate action will be taken to improve the customer experience and prevent similar incidents from happening in the future. Thank you for your time and attention. I look forward to hearing from you. Regards, Syahindah

One of my comfort snacks whenever I'm at Jurong Point. Usually I'll order Gogo Pops, only $2. Simple & delicious savoury small sausages, not too filling & convenience to carry. My faves would be: cheese, back pepper & satay. Friendly waitress and they provided recommendation. It's a halal certified stall with lots of varieties of sausages available.

I would definitely recommend this sausage snack to anyone looking for a tasty, convenient, and filling treat. It’s perfect for school, work breaks, or casual snacking.
