Muzz was so kind to us! We asked for a deal that we saw online and he kindly explained this is not available anymore but kindly offered us a very similar and reasonable deal. We are so grateful for him and he made our experience at Krispy Kreme so lovely! Myself and my five children thoroughly enjoyed interacting with him. We look forward to coming here again and being served by Muzz again. Thank you for your exceptional service!

I was going to ignore the fact this store only accepts cash or QR code payment, not EFTPOS. It is what it is. It’s the fact it was only when I got to my gate to eat the doughnuts that I saw there was a lash on one of them, which is disgusting. Also, surprised by the price of a simple glazed doughnut. SGD2.90 is so much more than elsewhere. Disappointing product.

card unable to accept, no cash payment due to no smaller change available, unmotivated staff… these are things that change alter travellers mood. please do consider improving the customer experiences

I was excited to try the matcha donuts since they are Asia-exclusive, but the original glazed is still keeps its place on the throne.
