Well they serve only few drops of coffee in a std glass. Do not go for it. Though coffee is good.

Extremely disgusted by their rude and unhygienic actions. I ordered two hot waters, a hot chocolate, and marble mocha. The hot chocolate and marble mocha were tasteless. I found a dead mosquito in the hot water and went back to the counter. The employee gave me a fork and told me to remove the mosquito from my own drink. I was in utter disbelief and had to tell her to replace the hot water and the cup. What sane employee tells a customer to drink from the same water from which a dead bug is a found? Disgusting behavior. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I got the iced matcha latte with soy milk, and I really like it! My brother ordered the New York cheesecake and he really liked it as well. The people who work here are super friendly as well, which is nice when you are tired and about to get on a night-time flight.

First of all, coffee was ok, on fair said. Service was slightly rude in my opinion. Asian Girl with blonde hair who was serving me showing like “I don’t wanna be here” attitude. Usually I’m a piccolo person. Since Singapore was hot and humid, I decided to try their cold drink option. Left board is local coffee option and right board menu is normal Italian/western option like latte, cap, piccolo and mocha I admit it that I might took around 30-40 seconds to decide what I want, and yes I might took long when you waiting and still not so sure what I’m going on I order I did asked “what’s your recommendation for ice coffee” She mentioned left is local and right is western . So many option, evaporated milk, condensed milk, etc and I think the term also in local such as Kopi gaw, Kopi c dao, etc it’s take too me to see and understand as I’m just visiting. At the end just said strong mocha please medium, just little time to wait and happily zipping my mocha in the corner to cool down 😀 Service for sure there is big room for improvement in the future

I decided to give this place a try since they have a decent coffee machine. The barista, however, failed to deliver. The staff was curt when I requested for tap water, which I could’ve lived with if the coffee wasn’t tasteless. Even chains like coffee bean and Starbucks beats this place hands down. What a waste of the beans and the machine!

i got a hot chocolate in a standard size cup that is smaller than my passport but costs $8… i was hoping the hot chocolate would be good enough to justify the price but it just tastes like regular chocolate milk… also why does the cinnamon swirl (~$6) have so many raisins…? it was kinda soggy too when i went to order, the two staff at the counter just stood there talking and ignored me for a while, but eventually another staff saw me and came over and she was very nice and pleasant. honestly not too bad overall but for the price i was expecting more hence the 2 stars

Coffee is disappointing. Iced latte had no coffee taste and very diluted. Piccolo latte tasted more like milk. Barista did not know what coffee beans they are using in the two blend options. Being an Australian coffee chain, barista did not know what is a ristretto. Expected much higher standard.

Jamie and I had a coffee before our flight. Quick service and friendly staff . Great tasting coffee. Many cakes and pastries plus breakfast options.

For regular hot coffee latte the prize is $ 8.60 taste just like milk with a hint of coffee and very hot, so over price. Also the waiter and bartender is not nice, very rude. Not recommended at all.

Took a coffee and an iced latte plus sandwich and a wrap. The staff had a very indifferent attitude. The iced latte was warm. Overall, no value for money. The cafe is just banking on monopoly because nothing else is open early in the morning.
