Came here on a Saturday afternoon and it was a nice place to have some late lunch while not being overwhelmed with human traffic. Service rendered by counter staff Jennifer was very pleasant. Food was satisfying. Loved the lemongrass chicken, it was tasty, tender and juicy! It was surprising to find a little cake display and yummy cake choices, chocolate mud pie, red velvet and cheesecakes! Will return again!

Jennefer provided excellent customer service from the moment we arrived. She was friendly, approachable, and always had a smile on her face, making us feel welcome. She handled our order efficiently, was patient with our questions, and made sure everything was correct. It's always nice to be served by someone who genuinely cares about the customers' experience. Thank you, Ate Jennefer, for your outstanding service. Keep up the great work!

I always return to Kopi Korner because Jennifer always greets me with a smile and remembers the food I eat. Quiet corner during off-peak hours to have a meal and read a book or just chill. It's not about the food but Jennifer who serves me with such attentiveness. Food wise - the coleslaw is only a spoonful. This can be improved through.

Appreciation for the Awesome Service at Kopi Korner, West Mall I have been dining at Kopi Korner at West Mall for the past few years, and the food and service have remained consistently excellent. A special shout-out to Jenny. Her warm smile, friendly attitude, and attentive service always make customers feel welcome and valued. She is one of the reasons I keep coming back, and I have even recommended this place to my friends because of the wonderful experience. Jenny is truly an asset to the restaurant. Keep up the great work! A small comment regarding one of the kitchen staff: when I politely asked for a little extra chili, she came across as a bit rude. I didn't want to bring this up to Jenny, as she has always been very kind and professional. Overall, my experience at Kopi Korner has been excellent, and I still rate it 10/10. The food and service, especially from Jenny, keep me coming back.

Had a wonderful dining experience! The fish and chips were delicious—the fish was crispy on the outside, tender and flaky on the inside, and the fries were served hot and fresh. The iced milk tea was refreshing and paired perfectly with the meal. A special shout-out to Jennifer for her outstanding service. She was warm, friendly, attentive, and made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. Her cheerful attitude and excellent customer service really made our visit even more enjoyable. Great food, great service, and a comfortable atmosphere. Highly recommend this place, and we’ll definitely be back again! ❤️
