Right off the bat, the customer service was amazing. All the staff were friendly & welcoming. Our server Saili was the MEANEST!! Very happy, welcoming, helpful & all round A1!! She deserves a promotion!!! The kai came out quick & not only did it look & smell amazing, but the taste did not disappoint! 100/10

First-time experience and unfortunately, won't be back. We arrived at approximately 11:45 AM, ordered at 12:10 PM, and didn't receive our food until 1:05 PM. It was noticeable that the staff member working appeared to be under pressure despite the restaurant not being busy during a Sunday lunch period. To be honest, the $199.00 seafood boil, which is intended to feed 3–4 people, was a major disappointment. For the price, there was no lobster, no crawfish, and no blue swimmer crab. What we received was undersized mud crab, to be honest, the size felt unacceptable along with only 3 potatoes, 3 small pieces of corn, and the rest consisted of pipis, prawns, mussels, and squid in a mild sauce. While the sauce itself tasted good, the serving size and lack of variety were heavily disappointing for the price point. We also left feeling like we need to stop by MacDonalds because it just wasn’t enough or fulfilling for the 2 of us. For context, we’ve purchased much more seafood from Fish Depot Parkridge for $200. With two Coronas, our total bill was $241.00. Given this was our first visit, it unfortunately wasn't worth the cost, and we won't be returning.

Two gorgeous ladies, Wendy and Zoraya, served us today, and they were both absolutely amazing and so friendly! They provided exceptional service and made our experience even more enjoyable. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was fantastic. The music was great too—whoever put the playlist together has excellent taste! I highly recommend Kickin' Inn, especially if you're celebrating a birthday or any special occasion. Thank you, Wendy and Zoraya, for the wonderful service and to the team for the delicious food. We'll definitely be back! Thank you for making my birthday extra special! 💗
