Unfortunately, this will probably be our first and last visit. The food was disappointing overall. The chicken was dry, the dishes lacked flavor, and nothing really stood out. We didn’t even finish the meal, which is something we rarely do. The service also left a poor impression. The staff forgot to give us a cup for our drink, and when I returned less than five minutes later to ask for one, I was asked to show my receipt. It felt unnecessary and didn’t make for a pleasant experience. Sadly, this wasn’t worth a return visit.

I am a customer who visited your store today (24/07/2026). I placed my order at 6:57 PM. After waiting for about 10 minutes, I noticed that my order number was no longer displayed on the screen. I politely went to the collection counter to ask about my order. However, the staff member preparing the food responded in a rude and impatient tone, saying, "We already called your number. You didn't come to collect it." What I would like to point out is that your drinks are already self-service for customers. Is there really a need to speak to customers in such an impolite manner? Was it because my order was small that it did not deserve a little more patience and courtesy? Also, if a customer's order number has already been called and they miss it, there is no shelf or designated area where completed orders are kept. Wouldn't it be reasonable to call the number one more time before assuming the customer has abandoned the order? I believe I may have missed my number because I was collecting my drink at the self-service station. I am not complaining because of the waiting time. I am disappointed by the staff member's attitude and the lack of consideration in the order collection process. I hope you will look into this matter and remind your staff to communicate with customers respectfully while also reviewing your collection procedure to help prevent similar situations in the future. Thank you for your attention.

NEX is literally the most selfish outlet ever. doesn't matter whether I grab food or order irl the chicken they give is always extremely small and the rice is soggy. the food literally doesn't even fill up the box and the chicken is pathetic and not crispy. disappointing from an outlet I literally love, seriously, nex??

Had the 6-piece combo and it was yummy! The rice box was great too, and the kimchi coleslaw was a pleasant surprise... so good! The only downside was that the fries were already cold when I collected my order, so they could definitely be better. Service can be a little slow at times, and finding a table can be a challenge during busy periods, but overall it wasn't too bad. 😉

The worst 4Fingers in the island. The collection system is very poorly thought out and designed. They hire jaded locals who are overworked and probably thinks their pay is peanut so every customer desrves a talk down. My number was called and so i went to the collection window. They cannot see your face due to the height of the window. There was only one number called and one box there. I stood there for a bit.. waited for the lady beside the window but she has a narrow focus so ignored my attempt to try to shove the long receipt through the window. After several attempts, i gave up and so pulled the bag to see if there was a number tagged..for which there was none. Lady in blue head cover or cap shouted saying "dont pull.. next time call us. We are also busy doing other things. We cannot just be standing there.". The tone was harsh and rude as though a crime was committed. There isnt a bell to press, no number tagged to collection and no sign to say "shout at staff to catch their attention". This wasnt the first time. Previously a guy sarcastically commented at another customer who didnt know where the collection window was that this isnt a hawket center. All in, extremely bad experience. Staff service is so poor you wonder if they even care to prepare your food.
