The staff were very friendly. At the time, I asked to change the chicken to the wing part, and the staff informed me that the wing is small, so they added an extra piece. As for the taste, it was just okay, but overall it was a decent dining experience

In a world where Singapore KFC is deteriorating in standards in both food and service, I thought I would give a shout out to a well-performing KFC in nearby Batam. Shout out to Steven Pangestu for his friendliness and smiles, making me feel the welcome and at ease despite being at a fast food store. Packing is also done well for takeaway to prevent any drinks spillage. And of course, KFC in Indonesia really taste great! Could do with having a complete menu screen though, I had to wait for the different screens to toggle before I can choose what I want
