How to order if there is no menu anywhere? flashy screens with 2 items shuffling is not menu. I am a fan of kfc, know menu quite well but had to leave without placing an order. Now I understand why kfc is falling.

I’ve visited my fair share of fast food restaurants around the world, from KFC to McDonald’s and Burger King, but this KFC at Medan Airport is really dirty and disgusting. First of all, there were ants crawling all over the tables, which is just unacceptable for any restaurant, especially one that should maintain basic hygiene standards. As for the food, the chicken burger was far from properly cooked – it looked undercooked, possibly spoiled meat (check the photo!). This is not what chicken should look like. We couldn't even bring ourselves to eat it, so we ended up throwing the entire meal away. This place is a complete waste of money. I highly recommend avoiding this KFC at all costs. It’s not worth the risk to your health or your wallet. Truly disappointing.

Bad experience. The staff serve the wrong order. And they blame on customer for not checking the order. Please improve your service because you guys at international airport
