I just ordered via Gojek. 2 Milo drinks. Why did only 1 arrive? What are you guys doing? Replace it with another one. Where are your numbers?

Please, KFC Group should review the performance of its employees. They work in the trade and service sector. People who shop are charged service tax, but are not given good service. Please give FRANSISKA an SP for that employee, and fire her immediately if necessary.

Crazy, the service is not good, just fire the manager, asked for a wrapper, but they didn't give it. They gave me a plastic bag, told me to wrap it myself, if I have to pay, they said I'll pay, but they didn't give me an empty plastic bag.

KFC is never ready. If you're finished, fry the chicken first.. it's inferior to the Kentucky roadside.. then the krywan is set like crazy. If we don't ask, it's not even confirmed, you have to wait..

Orders are low... Even though it's quiet, how can you not be careful? Please pay attention. I ordered via the KFC q application for parents in Medan but maybe there was something missing... I don't know if my parents want to comment because they are already old
