Thank you Peach. You made my day! So … what happened was… I asked her to cut up the item into even smaller slices so I could toast it. Cos the slices were generally too big for a toaster. She obliged. She was busy doing her work and I interrupted her. I felt bad & guilty for interrupting her. *Should have waited for her to finish (before) I presented my requests. I’m grateful that I had a problem & she solved it for me. I don’t have a bread knife at home. #lameexcuses Love, me.

Terrible experience. Bought 4 boxes of durian puffs, all kept well in the refrigerator, yet still went sour in less than a day. Packaging clearly indicates to consume within 2 days. I haven't even gotten a chance to eat one piece. So frustrating!

Hi. I bought an apple pie pastry from Northpoint City oulet on Thursday 4th June. However, i found that the layers inside wasn't fully baked. Since i was still nearby, i returned it and leave my contact. Shortly, i received msg from Alicia that they are gving me a replacement and also a 10% discount on my next purchase. Thank you to the attending outlet staff and Alicia for their prompt response and action. Good customer service Kazo!

Travel all the way from woodlands to Northpoint to purchase the crispy caramel mini puff, arrived at 8:30pm but was told it was sold out and they are not intending to make more. Doesn’t it feel that it is too early to sold out items when you closed at 10pm? Happened to me before at the amk branch as well but the staff was able to bake a fresh batch for sell again. Not sure what happened with Northpoint branch. It is a disappointment to find such inconsistent inventory.
