Claimed the free Teachers' Day meal! Alhamdulilah... Thank you for the lovely initiative. No long queue and still many variety of dishes at 4.15pm. Wonderful!

Absolutely love coming here to eat or tapau! When i came today, brother Farouq attended to my order! He packed everything so neatly and individually which i truly appreciated so i can enjoy the soup at home! He even double bagged the soup! Aunty Rozani at the counter is always smiling and cheerful to help with the payment! She further packed the soups in its own bag so it doesnt spill is really so thoughtful!

My go to spot whenever I'm in Tampines! Always selling amazing food. Great staff and they have the sweetest lady up front at the counter who collects payment, MDM Rozani. She has the warmest smile. Love every staff member at this outlet. Simply the best!

✔️ ✔️✔️✔️✔️ Review of Hjh Maimunah Mini Tampines Mall: Authentic "kampung-style" dishes at Kopitiam, Tampines Mall, Tampines! 👍 After we relocated to our new home in Tampines, we explored the area, dining at eateries such as hawker centres and food courts like Kopitiam. This particular Kopitiam is located at inside the Tampines Mall, just a stone's throw away from the Tampines MRT and bus interchange. Within this eatery, Hjh Maimunah serves authentic Malay cuisine with "kampung-style" dishes. The menu features a wide array of flavourful options, such as Asam Pedas, Nasi Padang, Rendang, Ayam berempah goreng rangup or Ayam Bakar” (Deep-fried spiced chicken), Udang Sambal, fried vegetables with sambal belacan, and Fried Tahu Telur, among others. The gravies on all the dishes are fragrant, spicy, and delicious, while the variety of sambals adds an extra kick to the meal. I have my favourite dish, but I like them all. I'm also pretty impressed with the Nasi Padang. I understand there are many types of nasi, such as Nasi Lemak, Nasi Ambeng, Nasi Kukus, Nasi Kerabu, Nasi Briyani, Nasi Kandar, and many more! It depends on which Malay stall you patronize. I have not tried Nasi Ambeng, Nasi Kukus, or Nasi Kerabu yet. I'm looking forward to trying all types of nasi! Additionally, you can enjoy traditional Malay favourites like “mee rebus,” a Malay noodle dish, along with a variety of Malay cakes. Long queues are often visible, and most dishes are delightful. Be sure to try the popular dishes at the stall. During peak lunch hours, it quickly becomes crowded as customers eagerly wait to enjoy its tasty offerings. The stall is adequately staffed to help customers, and although service is generally prompt, there might be occasional delays during peak lunch hours. As a whole, this offers an authentic experience of traditional Malay cuisine, served in the traditional way, resulting in delicious and delectable flavours. It's definitely a place I'd return to for more. It's a very popular spot, always with a queue—and for good reason. **Overall Impression:** Hjh Maimunah is a well-known halal restaurant in Singapore, recognized with a Michelin Bib Gourmand award. It specializes in Malay and Indonesian cuisine, particularly famous for its authentic "kampung-style" dishes. Whenever my overseas friends come to Singapore, I always ensure they dine here. I love bringing them to Tampines Mall so they can immerse themselves in our lively neighborhood scene and experience the tranquil lifestyle typical of our community. **Footnote:** Hjh Maimunah has been awarded several prestigious honours, including the Michelin Bib Gourmand Award from 2018 to 2024. It was incredibly delicious and flavorful, with the curry being perfectly spiced—not too hot, just right. The menu offers a diverse range of enticing options, including Asam Pedas, Nasi Padang, Rendang, deep-fried spiced chicken (Ayam Bakar), Udang Sambal, fried vegetables with sambal belacan, and Fried Tahu Telur, among others. All of these delightful dishes are available at Hjh Maimunah Mini, located in Tampines Mall. I highly recommend trying the popular dishes at this stall. The main dish plus the additional rice costs a total of $9.70. Do you think it is overpriced or reasonable? Just my thoughts.
