tried their 1 for 1 dinner buffet happening in the month of july (weekends and PH) and it didn’t disappoint! $116 for 2 pax 🤩 for the price, dishes were of high quality and really delivered. highly recommend anyone to visit before their 1 for 1 promo is over!! favourites: crispy sea bass, razor clams with glass noodles, beef cheek rawon, gado gado, tom yum linguine (more on the sour side tho!) surprisingly i also liked the oysters? (as an oyster hater!!)

Wanted to go just for their beer o clock on a friday night but chanced upon their weekday dinner buffet at $38++. Not a fan of buffet nowadays but decided to have it since the price is quite attractive. Never regretted it from the moment the first appetiser was served. The food is delicious and served hot. Despite the price, quality of food is there. Have to shoutout to their buttermilk prawns, chicken skewers and roast beef. A pity that we are so full that we didnt manage to order a second serving of it. Only had 1 dessert as well because we were really too full. Nothing much to nitpick about for this place. Nice atmosphere, quality food, reasonable pricing. Probably a small suggestion is to have some wine (glass/bottle) selection as well.

My first dining experience at Hathaway was a pleasant surprise. While the dinner buffet menu is not the most extensive in the city, it did not matter at all as every dish put out was top notch! The headliner of this buffet - the free flow oysters did not disappoint; every serving was consistently succulent and refreshing. However, the top dishes for me were the vermicelli paired with an addictive broth and the braised beef cheek, which was ultra tender. A special shoutout to the friendly service staff, Maggie, who made us feel right at home. If you enjoy Peranakan cuisine or just love good oysters, the dinner buffet at Hathaway is a must-visit!

Unique take on Asian foods with an "atas" taste. We loved everything we have ordered, curry chicken, fish curry, egg plant, Nasi Ulam, gado gado and grilled spicy octopus. The flavours were simply divine. We ended our dinner with Kueh Salat and Toffee Pudding, both excellent choices. Service was so friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the food and service.

Went to celebrate a birthday and also because they had a 1 for 1 promotion for their buffets. The atmosphere is cosy although this means it can get a little noisy. Food wise, it’s decent for the cost but take note that there is no live station. The selection is considerably less than a standard hotel’s but the quality is similar. I spotted pictures of fresh prawns in reviews one month ago but the seafood for this week was just oysters. Taste wise- the Asian selection is a lot nicer. Assam fish and beef cheeks get a shoutout. The desserts were ok, but the Kueh Ko Swee was out of this world- well worth the wait. The issue is that staff waits till the platter is fully empty or the drinks are completely wiped out before refilling and this results in a rather weird long wait for the food u want to come out. The service by their manager was excellent- she regularly checked in and gave us a cake for the birthday. I don’t think their original cost of $96++ per pax is worth it and you can probably get better deals elsewhere. However until their 1 for 1 runs out, Hathaway is worth a try.
