lox luther
this in-house cured Norwegian salmon bagel is for real my favorite! every single bite has the perfect balance of flavors. the dill cream cheese, pickled onions, and capers are fresh and classic, but that honey-herb mustard really takes it to the next level!!
moby duck
bagel has a range of ingredients such as smoked duck, double turkey ham, cheese, and greens. i usually love a sweet and savory combo, but unfortunately, the berries compote took over the whole flavor profile and overpowered the meats… :”(
eel-fish presley
absolute enormous. 🤯 this bagel is loaded with a massive grilled unagi, a fluffy steamed egg, kombu butter, furikake, and fresh veggies. it’s so thick I couldn’t even fit it all in one bite AHAHHAHAHAH, but every messy mouthful was absolutely delicious!
chris brown
we also tried the ‘Chris Brown’ from their everyday bagel selection, and at just $8.90, it’s an incredible value for such a huge portion! it’s loaded with kombu butter, a crispy hash brown, chicken chipolata sausage, and spiced cheese. the flavor profile is a definite umami bomb, though I personally wished it was just a little less salty.
for drinks, we got the charcoal vanilla bean latte and the biscoff milkshake. the milkshake was the standout for me because it is the perfect sweet treat to end the meal, and it didn’t leave me feeling too full or gelat!
